This was not pad Thai. There was no cilantro, no pepper, no lime, no flavor other than sugar. Small children might like these sweet noodles. I did not.
17$ for drunken noodles it’s a tough sell anywhere, let alone Texan annexed Angelfire. Certainly edible but predictably as bland and white-washed as a Dallas boomers VRBO rental… the park though in the middle of town is a lovely place to enjoy a mediocre meal.

Thai Angel Mobile is located right in the middle of Angel Fire. Relaxing outdoor seating with an amazing view. Great portions of food. The beef with rice and veggies were delicious!

We made a bulk order for a group of 10. Many items in our order tasted similar (pad thai and drunken noodle for example) and was mostly bland. Portions were large and more than enough for one person though.
After a week staying in Angel Fire, this was the most dissapointing meal I've had. For $18 noodle, the portion is very big, generous amount of beef, however, no taste at all, very bland. Probably add soy sauce or oyster sauce or salt or pepper and or mushroom seasoning next time? And the chili oil is not spicy at all.

The food is spectacular! They cooked it fresh when ordered…. I can’t believe it but, this may be the best Thai food I’ve ever had! Cheers to wonderful food trucks !
We have gone to their store in eagle nest multiple times but our first time going to food truck and staff was super kind and the quality was 10 out of 10!! Highly recommend!
Fresh food and very good. The ladies working are very nice and attentive. Will definitely come back.
