Only one reason not giving 5 stars. My angle fire long sleeve T-shirt (~$40 men'slarge ) stitching started coming undone after one wash. I will have to take it to a seamstress to get the sleeve resown. Wifes' sweatshirt is fine after a month, so could just be bad luck. Staff was great, food was solid, and the souvenirs were good but expensive (what you expect).

Where do I start??? The sweet girls working this morning (1.17.24) were amazing. Service time was normal as expected and the food was off the chainnnn?seriously though - the bacon and Gouda quiche!!!!!mwah! The cinnamon rolls are fantastic with cream cheese icing. Will definitely be back!

Stopped in early on Halloween and all the staff was dressed up. Everyone was friendly and the caramel macchiato was good! I had the bacon breakfast burrito and it was good but definitely had a New Mexico kick to it with some hatch peppers. The gift shoppe area was also cute, it is within a hotel so be aware that it is not a stand along shoppe!

Very pleasant experience two days in a row at this cafe. Easy parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Our coconut milk (so rare!) lattes were made fast and hot. The breakfast burritos are a great deal - tasty and big. The little gift shop attached to the cafe is also a nice find whether you’re looking for local gifts or unique, nature inspired ones. We’ll definitely visit again.

Not a single vegan option in their food disappointing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was horrendous. The woman working the cafe over charged me for not just one, but both drinks that I ordered. When I asked her about the prices she said oh yes she would fix one drink price but the more I thought about it and was able to glance at the receipt before she trashed it from the register I saw she overcharged me for the second drink as well. As she attempted to refund me for the 2nd drink she told me to “swipe my card” but failed to say what for? A refund or to pay the correct price. When asked what is this for she said “refund” I asked ok how much are you putting back on my card? She blank faced looked at me and said she didn’t know and reached for a calculator. I had to sign basically and say look at the computer screen and tell me what amount you are about to charge or refund. She finally was able to locate the amount and spit it out. I understand mistakes but the fact that she overcharged BOTH drinks made it seem like it was a habit of intentionally trying to have customers overpay. I expected higher prices in a resort but just check your receipt. There’s no reason two simple drinks should cost over $14. Also taste your drink before you leave. I don’t think she even made my drink correctly. Such a waste of time and money. Find another cafe.

Terrible experience. My fiancé picked up 2 Caesar salads and the little lady said after every world “do you want anything else? like seriously” he ordered two and after he said he wanted one she interrupted and said that phrase again. Twice more after he ordered the second salad and a bag of chips. I went back in afterwards to grab some Starbucks crafted drinks she was sweeping the floors and told me she would take my order when she was done. Seriously 5 minutes later of an empty shop and me waiting at the counter. 5 minutes may not seem like a long time but in a quiet shop and only being the only customer there it doesn’t feel like you’re a priority. After waiting patiently she didn’t accept my Starbucks app or my gift cards. Truly terrible customer service and I hope that no one gets the same treatment.

Avoid if you can. Service is awful and takes forever. We placed our order, and 25 minutes later I had to ask about my food and they had not put our burritos ir sandwiches in the microwave yet. The guy was on his phone and the ladies killing. They seemed upset that I had to ask about our food. They finally put our food in the microwave and 15 minutes later we got our food.No apologies or not even a word.3/10/22 am.
