Super bomb little spot! I got the combo #1 and menudo. Both of them were super bomb, although there could be more meat and less pozole on the menudo. Imo.
Parking: Construction makes it hard to find a spot to park.
This is called the green smothered burrito de deshebrada and it was mentioned in a Facebook post and I had to try it. I ordered the burrito this month August 2024 from Ernesto's in Anthony. It was a good-filled and spicy burrito with some lettuce and tomato. I live about 5 minutes away and the order was made quickly. I will be ordering again and you can also try it in different meats and red sauce. The restaurant is very welcoming but parking can get a bit packed but very understandable. It's a great Mexican restaurant in town.

Absolutely delicious. My waitress was very kind. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food came out very quick. Very flavorful. This was my first visit and it certainly won't be my last. I live close by and I'm afraid I'll be going far too much. Make sure to stop by, I promise you'll enjoy it.

I love this place food is always great. Disappointed in the ground beef tacos I got togo, there was hardly any ground beef in the taco come on Ernestos what your charging for your plates you can put some meat in your tacos.

Authentic Mexican food, hot and fresh. Service is great. The waitresses are always super busy but attentive and friendly.Pictured is ground beef enchiladas, red and green sauce. It's just delicious!!
