Do you still allow smoking in the inside bar?? stop in a couple times in the last year, both times people were smoking. Haven't been back since. Alegeric to smoke. Dose new management mean new ownet?

As a dive bar enthusiast, I absolutely loved this bar. Walked in with my husband on a random Thursday evening in January and we were met with hellos, how are yous, what are you doing from MD?? and everyone was so kind. We had wonderful drinks, educated discourse, someone pulled out a guitar, and we were invited back tenfold. TLDR; if you are driving between west TX and Phoenix, go see them. Or if you’re going to white sands or TorC, go see them. All the love from MD, we will remember y’all forever 🫶

Always Right
Stopped in for a beer. Dec 18 2025. Smelled like smoke when I walked in. Sure enough a guy down the bar was smoking. Bartender setting right there never said anything. Several months ago I stopped in and a guy was smoking. See my review. If you are allergic to smoke, or prefer not to smell when you leave, I would suggest you avoid the stinker place. Think I will report them to the liquor Commission.

Two Tires Onley
Stopped for a beer April 1st about 2 - 3 o'clock. Half way threw my beer a old cowboy type and a lady came in set down and they immediately lit up cigarettes. Bartender said nothing to them. I hate the smell of smoke so I left. Knowing they allow smoking I won't be back. Not to mention it it's against the law. I could never figure out why some smokers are so inconsiderate.

A staple that has survived since the 70's.
A good place to get package booze (spirits, beer and wine) or sit down and have a drink (or two+) with the friendly patrons and bartenders. You might see a horse or two+ tied up front, and maybe a dog hanging out. Always friendly and welcoming. Taco trailer provides delicious eats on some days.
Across the street is a newly constructed roping arena. Available for parties and special events when not in use.

An amazing Hidden bar amazing bartenders just an amazing atmosphere welcoming I'll be going back....
Came in for wing night and they were amazing and had a drink. Had fun they have 2 pool tables and a stage. Very Inviting and fun staff.

It's good that they exist close to the two State Parks (Caballo Lake and Percha Dam). Came with my dog Michi on a Saturday afternoon around 2 pm. The place was empty and very dark, I inquired if it was OK that Michi came in, the bartender told me to go to the covered patio outside. Very nice weather in the low 80's and a mild breeze, this was the perfect time to drink a beer and have a good old hamburger while listening to a local band. Nothing like that happened, instead it was a disgusting, dirty place. Total lack of vision of what the place could be!By the way, a Budweiser beer bottle was $3.50, that's not a good price as other reviewers have written.
