My wife and I Come to this restaurant regularly and tonight was absurd. My driver window is inoperable stepped out to place order and from the moment I was greeted was disdain because someone had to do their job. I asked about some special burgers I seen on the website and was told that it wasn't available. After placing the first part of my order the person on the other end was very flippant in the way she repeated my order back to me then continued to act like it was an inconvenience for me to be there at 6:30pm. I am very displeased in how I was treated today.

Love the food but unfortunately their burgers are tiny anymore. Looks like kiddy burger now but more expensive. Owner really needs to up date the place. We've been several times wanting to Pumkin shake but they never have. Your having false advertising if yr not carrying anymore.

We placed a large $180 order through DoorDash, and when our driver arrived to pick it up, the employee who helped was extremely rude. She said their system had been down and they never received the order which I can understand, things happen but her attitude made the whole situation much worse. It wasn’t just the issue itself, but how poorly she treated the person picking up the order for us. When we asked to speak with a manager, she said there wasn’t one on site. If there had been any supervision, maybe the interaction would’ve gone differently. The order also wasn’t completed on time, and the lack of basic courtesy made it even more frustrating. We didn’t catch her name but for reference: this lady was working today 10/18/25 - has dark hair, tattoos on neck and arms

Good was good..I was enjoying my root beer float until I noticed a dark hair in it.. showed an employee and they replaced with a drink... After we left I noticed on receipt that I was still charged for the hair float... Hope it was just a bad day and it's handled better with future guests.
