Did an online order and picked it up which all was great. Got all the way back home to find out the one of the burritos I got was wrong. And completely different. I tried to call to get it fixed. But you can't get anyone on the phone to speak with. Just a busy tone and then hangs up on you. I can't go back and get it remade since now it's past 11.

The old lunch yesterday for Blake's lotaburger and Aztec The burgers are greasy The lotaburger was the size when it's a burger it has gotten smaller and smaller greasy nasty or did a call in order or went to pick it up we were home an hour later it should be ready in 20 minutes We left in 20 minutes an hour later we got home it was just just totally nasty greasy I don't think I'll be going back to Blake's I thought the world are blanks but I don't think I'll be going back The food was just nasty cost me $62 and it was not worth $62 they need to do a lot of improving

This location has gone above and beyond on two occasions where I need a large order of breakfast burritos for company meetings. I’m usually there shortly after they open and have to wait no more than 10 minutes. The staff is always friendly as well, the manager is a very caring gal with great customer service. I will continue to come here with needs like these.

I was highly disappointed in my visit today. We stopped by Blake's because we haven't had Blakes in a long time. We wanted some good burgers. We ordered burgers and fries and drinks while we were there one of the employees was talking about how she just wanted to get out of there. Shes finished for the day she needed a break. She said so much for taking it easy because they got busy and she was more concerned about getting out of there than dealing with her job our hamburgers were overcook. They were dry cold and the french fries were cold and they had no salt whatsoever. The only good we got out of this order was Drinks.

Came in for a burrito then asked for military discount and got absolute disrespect. Said “yeah we don’t do military discount and I’ve worked here for 5 years and you’re not getting it”with a snarky and demeaning attitude. Never in my life have I been treated like that. I’ve always treated all military personnel with absolute respect before I went in the Marine Corps and have gotten the same respect while I was in and when I got out. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOTABURGER. She should be fired.
Sister and niece reunion before Bronco game. The food was incredible. For being over 40 years I am so proud to be a Tiger. Peace, love, and good vibes. Onion rings to die for! Great value!

Don’t let this place ruin your experience for getting a tasty New Mexico green chili burger. Once again I’m very disappointed with this place. Placed an order online and 3 other customers who walked in after me got their food first, don’t even ask for extra’s, you won’t get it, burger was overdone, didn’t have the extra chili or cheese I was up charged for. Every time I do get Blake’s in Aztec, it’s always a saddening experience,

The New Mexico style double meat burger with green chili is absolutely legendary. Old style swivel stools give it a 1950's vibe. It's a lovely place. Highly recommended for sure. The prices are amazingly low, too, especially nowadays.
