It was really slow, and this happened when rush hour was not starting, ordered 2 simple things and only got 1, had to go back and ask, the manager seemed really annoyed and was not friendly, towards me and other customers. Maybe a smile and being friendly won't hurt. :) The environment seemed super overwhelming for it not being busy, it was kinda... Upsetting.

I’m convinced the McDonald’s in Aztec, NM is running some kind of social experiment on patience.
I’ve been here close to 50 times (yes, this is a cry for help), and somehow every visit turns into a surprise bag. Will I get fries? Maybe. Nuggets? Possibly. The full order I actually paid for? Bold of me to hope.
What really keeps things exciting is the 45-minute wait time, even when the place is completely empty. No cars. No crowd. Just me, my hunger, and the faint sound of time slipping away. I assume my meal is being handcrafted, blessed, and maybe sourced directly from a farm in another state.
The food is still McDonald’s—when it’s correct—but ordering here feels less like fast food and more like a long-term commitment. I’ve had time to reflect on my life choices, question reality, and age emotionally while waiting.
At this point, I don’t even check the bag anymore. That would ruin the mystery.
Still coming back though… because optimism is a disease and fries are fries

I ordered 2 McDoubles and the patty looked liked it’s just been sitting all day and tried warming it up again. The buns were hard and the cheese looked old . My mc chicken looked old , as in they cooked it in the daytime and let it sit for hours and finally served it too someone . Food was not fresh bread was hard . Would avoid eating at this location .

Absolutely disgusting customer service, no kiosks working no one would come up front to take any orders some of the workers were talking badly because customers wanted their order taken, bugs in the bathroom 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Very slow service and unfriendly staff. The restaurant felt unsanitary, and our food was served cold. While we were waiting, an employee handled food without gloves and one was picking her nose, which was extremely unprofessional and concerning. Overall, not a good experience. Would not recommend this McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s is hands down the best McDonald’s ever. Every time I go, the food is hot, fresh, and made perfectly. The Big Macs are stacked just right with tons of sauce, fresh lettuce, and buns that aren’t soggy at all. I usually get five Big Macs, and every single one tastes amazing.
They always hook it up with the food too — I normally get three fries, and they’re filled all the way to the top and perfectly salty. On top of that, I get two Happy Meals, and everything is always correct, fresh, and fast.
The service is quick, the workers are nice, and they never mess up my order. This place never disappoints and always goes above and beyond. If you want a McDonald’s that actually does it right, this is the one. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Missing sausage on sausage egg mcmuffin. When eating on the go, not like you can turn around and get what you paid for. Not the first time this has happened in drive thru. I think they count on it given their customer base. Once had TWO cheeseburgers without meat - I could see something weird happening occasionally with one, but two...? do better.
