Our family stopped by after a long drive and ordered a simple large pizza with boneless chicken as a dine in. The service was quick although we felt ignored by the staff. Their service wasn’t great. When we received our food. We weren’t given the usual crushed pepper and parm shakers at the table. Nor did our waitress come to see us to refill drinks or give us our bill. But the food good.

The dinner box is a great deal. Pepperoni pizza, bread sticks w/ sauce and cinnamon sticks with icing all for a low price. When picking up your pizza, tip the workers inside, they deserve it.

Order pizza from Pizza Hut in Aztec on the phone app it showed the pizza was done the driver picked it up 15 minutes after it was done we got the pizza almost an hour later it was cold it was hard it was nasty we had to pay $5.50 for delivery plus we give him a $7 tip I will not order pizza from Pizza Hut again in Aztec the service has dropped 100% I don't know what they've done or what they're doing the guy in the front of Pizza Hut just saw that had an attitude can I use doordash if they would have gave us an option we use doordash or come pick it up we would have went and picked it up I don't like eating cold pizza and cold hot wings I'm done with ordering pizza from Pizza Hut

DoorDash drivers in Aztec NM cannot find addresses on Main Ave. Aztec has only two major roads Aztec Blvd and Main Ave. Yet Doordash drivers get lost on Main Ave.

My father and I drove to the restaurant to pick up a pizza to take home. While we were waiting for our order I decided to pay for containers of grated cheese and red pepper flakes (99 cents each). I asked the cashier if he could break a fifty dollar bill and he said he would need to access cash from the safe. Once he put the cash away he gave me seven dollars and coins as change. After I sat back down I realized I was owed forty more dollars. When I pointed it out the the cashier they claimed I only gave them a ten dollar bill. Totally my fault for not counting the change in front of the cashier BUT beware transactions involving cash at this place.

Would give zero stars if it was an option ... Ordered pizza on Saturday with a total of 43.96 woke up with a total charge of 53.96 we tip cash never on the card i called down to get this resolved and to figure out why I was charged an extra 10 dollars the gm basically called me a liar and said I wrote the 10 dollar tip so be cautious using this location there is no telling how many people they've stolen from.. she did say she would refund my money but I will not longer be using this location especially since the gm condones stealing
Place was empty, ordered drinks which never arrived, waited 30 mins, no service whatsoever, total about 6 people working, all on thier phones or just bs'n.. no wonder nobody dines in these slums anymore... see pic, drink was sitting there for 30 mins... not worth returning to this dump... of course the usual response from somebody there will say, we strive for better cust9mer experience and blah blah blah... numerous one star reviews and nothing has changed...

This place has gone down hill and I believe it starts with management. Sitting there watching the t.v. and drinking a soda while your employees struggle. Until the owners replace management and things get better we won't be back.
