This place is depressing and feels like it's going out of business. I ordered wings & pizza two days before today. They used doordash to deliver, which if I would've known this I wouldn't have ordered delivery. Anyways, by the time I got my food it was subpar! I called and shared my experience. The lady was nice and apologized and was willing to grant me a refund. I decided not to go that route and just agreed to a credit for my next order which i paid $34.70. 3 days later I placed an order totaling over $50. I then asked to use my credit which I was instructed that I must apply it upon checkout and have to order online. I seen my food waiting there so I went and started ordering it online. When I went to apply my credit it wasn't available. I then went in and asked the lady to show me where I apply it as there wasn't the option. Then another worker said I have to do it with my phone number which I tried to do initially!! Mind you my order has been sitting there for over 20mins while I'm trying to do this. They finally found the credit but it was only for $24. When I asked she said I only get credit for the order, not the doordash charge that I paid for. At this time I'm thinking how I should've just got a refund instead of credit. 30 some minutes later I was finally able to procure my order. PLEASE PEOPLE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered online. Two meat lovers melts. I’ve ordered these before many times elsewhere. What I got in both boxes wasn’t even the whole melt. I got one half in oven box and the other half in the other box. They were sooo overcooked, dry, hard, and just outright inedible. I called to see what happened to the other half’s and why are they so over cooked and they apologized for their mistake, that I should’ve gotten 2 whole melts in each box. Long story short, he made it right. I’m very please with the customer service. Food was crap though.

The Manager was continuously targeting me and my friends for no good reason. He was extremely rude and the service at the front desk where you order was horrible. While my order was being taken by him, he was nearly impossible to hear, aggressive and threatening in his speech, specially when I took longer than 2 seconds to answer one of his questions. He interrupted our prayer at our table and was constantly eyeing us down while we ate. Food was decent.

Our family stopped by after a long drive and ordered a simple large pizza with boneless chicken as a dine in. The service was quick although we felt ignored by the staff. Their service wasn’t great. When we received our food. We weren’t given the usual crushed pepper and parm shakers at the table. Nor did our waitress come to see us to refill drinks or give us our bill. But the food good.

The dinner box is a great deal. Pepperoni pizza, bread sticks w/ sauce and cinnamon sticks with icing all for a low price. When picking up your pizza, tip the workers inside, they deserve it.

Order pizza from Pizza Hut in Aztec on the phone app it showed the pizza was done the driver picked it up 15 minutes after it was done we got the pizza almost an hour later it was cold it was hard it was nasty we had to pay $5.50 for delivery plus we give him a $7 tip I will not order pizza from Pizza Hut again in Aztec the service has dropped 100% I don't know what they've done or what they're doing the guy in the front of Pizza Hut just saw that had an attitude can I use doordash if they would have gave us an option we use doordash or come pick it up we would have went and picked it up I don't like eating cold pizza and cold hot wings I'm done with ordering pizza from Pizza Hut
