Lady at Aztec stated she did not know if we were trying to scam Wendy’s. Farmington Wendy’s forgot the sauce, tortilla chips, straws, and forks. Farmington Wendy’s stated they would have Aztec replace the missing items all I asked for the sauce and tortillas chips for the two salads we ordered. Aztec Wendy’s said that Farmington only said the sauce I understand this is not Aztecs fault however the comments that I was trying to scam Wendy’s out of tortilla chips is ridiculous.

Last night's staff is better off getting jobs they might actually put effort into. 🤦♀️ idk if the food or the service was worse. The food was cold which was insane considering we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get said food. Save your money. Eat somewhere else.

Worst drive through in Aztec, anymore then 2 or 3 cars at a time and the staff can't handle the flow. Sat in the same exact spot in the drive though for 7 minutes while the staff continues to stack the line instead of parking cars and taking more orders. Would not recommend going if theres anymore then 1 car in the drive though unless you plan to wait 10 plus minutes.

This Wendy’s is usually very good, since the change in employees it has gone down hill. All of our nuggets were under cooked including our chicken sandwich. The red headed lady barely let us speak and then forgot our potato. After getting home we realized and went back. She claimed she was stressed and busy the first time we came in, when we were the only customers on the entire premises. Training needs to be gone over again as long with customer service. The chicken nugget in the picture is how I received it. Very bad experience.

The food was completely wrong. I went through the dive through , got were I was going, and the whole order was wrong. Then I called the Wendy's, and management refused to fix the problem because the kid at the window did not give me a reciept, when he gave me change, never even asked if I wanted one. It's no wonder they never have any one there. This is not the first time this has happened. The last time I was there the kids working were yelling, cursing at each other and they gave me the wrong food. This seems to be a regular on going thing there. Obviously management seems to be lacking as well. It was a waste of my time and money, the management obviously isn't much better than the kids working there, considering she can't get her head out of her butt, and doesn't seem to care that she gave me and someone else the wrong food completely and when u spend 30th $ for dinner, I'd like it to be right.
