we have been to wonderful House on several occasions. Most of the wait staff is very stoic but they do have one very chatty waitress that works there. The food is very large quantities especially for dinner and out of all the Chinese places to eat it's just an average place. It's always very clean there and food seems to have changed and taste since the last time we went. We are going to give it another chance otherwise we'll go elsewhere.

Hot,Fresh, and Seasoned!! Not too mention....Cheap! I come from Houston and lived in Chinatown for 10 years! You would not be paying these prices in my city! Be thankful their here in this small town!

This Chinese restaurant is hands down one of the most special places I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at. Every time we go, we feel like we’re walking into a second home. The hostess and servers are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, not because they’re trying to earn a tip, but because they actually care about their customers.
If you visit often enough, they’ll not only recognize you, they’ll call you by your first name, remember your favorite dishes, and even what you like to drink. There have been times when my family walks in and they already know what we’re going to order. They bring the menus out as a courtesy, but they’re always ready to help us quickly and thoughtfully.
One thing that always amazes me (and makes me feel a little guilty, to be honest) is how they insist on packing our food to-go for us. It’s part of their service, but it’s the little touches like that, going above and beyond, that make this place so special.
Their kindness extends to everyone, including my brother, which I deeply appreciate, and even my friends and coworkers who’ve gone there separately. I recently found out that some of my coworkers eat here too, and one shared how they also greet her by name and know her order. That just goes to show how much they take the time to build real relationships with their customers.
The food is amazing, the staff is incredible, and the experience is always comforting, never rushed. You’re not just a table number here, you’re known, welcomed, and valued.
If you’re looking for a restaurant where the food is excellent and the people treat you like family, this is the one.

A VERY REASONABLE restaurant to grab lunch or dinner. My mother & I went for dinner yesterday 07/05/25 the service slowly started to pick up.
We were greeted & seated quickly. We took some time to review the menu, ordered & shortly it came out hot & delicious VERY flavorful. The portions are well WORTH the money. The servers are polite, attentive & always moving & staying up to pace with customer refills for drinks and packing up your meal for you which is VERY COURTEOUS now a days since not many places do that anymore. The look inside is a bit like your mom & pops kind of atmosphere, the booths have a suede cover on all the seats.
If we are in the area again we will gladly be back. Give them a try! 🌶🫛🍄🟫🥦🍖🍲
