I had went here on Friday with my husband because he loves Arby’s. He had a coupon for his order and they told him they no longer take coupons. Okay? They don’t expire until the 31st of October, so now what Linda? But there has been other times we went for a roast beef sandwich and they tell us they ran out of roast beef….. we’re like are you kidding? They said no but you can order anything else off the menu. So we just left and went somewhere else. This place is a joke. They need better management and staff…. Because they’re losing out on money.

Here to leave a review on Robin! Exceptional customer service, went above & beyond. Dude was the only one on shift overnight and was still super polite & efficient despite being the only one taking orders, cooking the food & wrapping up orders. Still offered any extras like pastries etc

Worst restaurant ever! Ordered 3 1/2 lb roast beef and cheddars, got home to find out I just got bread and beef without any cheddar or sauce which is one of the defining characteristics of a beef and cheddar! When I called to let them know of their error, I was told I would have to drive the 20 minutes back to town. Which of course I'm not going to do, get your orders right and check them before you hand them out the window. Or better yet higher competent people it's amateur hour at this restaurant apparently!

I don't do fast food often but when I do I really like Arby's. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the food this location had. The curly fries that I was looking forward to were old and stale as well as the sandwiches (2 different types) that my husband and I got.
