Here to leave a review on Robin! Exceptional customer service, went above & beyond. Dude was the only one on shift overnight and was still super polite & efficient despite being the only one taking orders, cooking the food & wrapping up orders. Still offered any extras like pastries etc
The first time I went here they were out of roast beef. Yes that's right Arby's we have the meats was out of roast beef. It seems to take them a very long time to prepare the meal and it's very noisy and distracting in there. You can tell the staff doesn't want to be there. I think I am done with Arby's, the tradeoff is the food I had yesterday was quite good but I took it to a local park to eat for peace and quiet.
I liked it and I didn't think it was so cheap, they should attract more Hispanic people who don't speak EnglishHispanic people, especially newcomers, limit themselves to shopping at a well-known restaurant or where they speak Spanish.
