I ordered online a medium two topping pizza with ham and pineapple, macaroni and cheese with Buffalo sauce, 8 hot wings the only thing that was correct in my order was the hot wings I called to let them know my order was not right they gave me store credit when I redeemed my store credit for delivery which I paid for again I was told it would be 30 minutes I waited an hour then called to find out about my order and then it was like I never placed an order was told I had to wait another 15 minutes which took 25 minutes person I spoke with was rude very poor service and attitude I'll be taking my business somewhere else

Their new GM Michael is extremely rude. I talked to him calmly, trying to resolve a situation and he was yelling and being extremely rude. Dominos needs to fire this man!!! He is why the employees are how they are. Poor leadership leads to poor employment. I would love for corporate to reach out to me. I don’t spend my money at an establishment to have their “GM” talk to me in that manner.

Management and staff either don't know how to use or are trying to game their order status system. They'll move your order into "prep" status, then forget it there for 30+ minutes. What should be a 9-minute experience according to their online app, turns out to take almost an hour.

Food is always good. Delivery folks ALWAYS come timely and in a good mood. My boys, who are both autistic, love tipping, and everyone is always friendly and caring towards them!
I placed an order for delivery. It seems that I am outside delivery area which I found out when the driver harangued me about it and leaving a proper tip before walking off in a huff. When placing the order I asked if a tip would be added to the receipt, the order taker assured me it was on the receipt, which I never got. Glad they are doing so well that they feel confident in treating customers that way. I am in the middle of a new build area, 300 new houses going up. I would be sending someone out with specials and coupons begging for all that new business instead of irking them. This customer will call Pizza House next time.
