We order pizza almost every Friday night from Dominoes in Belen. We are always happy with our order. Today, when I called in to preorder the lady that answered put me on hold and completely forgot me. I drove all the way from south of Albuquerque to the Belen store and remained on hold for the 26 minutes when someone finally got to the phone as I drove up! I explained this to the cashier and was given a luke warm apology then I waited in the store for my order another 40 minutes. I wasn’t happy.

2 hours for pizza then the tracking app states 30-45 mins, you call they don’t answer leave a message and they don’t return calls. The manager/owner is rude as hell w a short temper.

Did not receive what I paid for. One pizza was pepperoni, ham, and the green chili I paid extra for was not added. Both pizza’s were orders with extra marinara but it was really dry. Would not recommend this dominos. Called 4 times to see if there was a mistake in my order, no one picked up at the store to fix my order.

We ordered a pizza and live less than 2 miles away we waited an hr no one ever showed up then we checked the app it said delivered we called and they asked us to reorder and pay in full this is a joke hire new people

Be careful when you order a special they charge differently.
Items are always missing from my order.They don’t even deserve one star. I would give zero stars if possible. This is the worst service ever. Choose a different pizza place, they take your money but don’t give you the full order. That is theft.

You sent a delivery guy to bring my Pizza.He didn't have my change and he didn't have half my order.Then I asked him if he was going to bring my money back and he no he wasn't So I just gave him change back from a 50 and didn't get what I paid for. Plus it's supposed to deliver it to my door

Great weekend spot 35 a quick bite to eat usually busy on weekends but food is always made fresh and hot stuff is usually nice sometimes they get busy and it takes a lot to get your food but that's understandable
