Fantastic food and service. A bit of funny: I thought it was Cuban cuisine but it's named after Cuba New Mexico, so note it's New Mexican and burgers type food, BUT it's delicious. It's a family run restaurant which is nice and the young lady who waited on me waited on me was very genuine.It's located inside the cattle yard building and when I was there they were super busy but maintained a high level of service.We ordered yet breakfast burritos with green Chile and it was delicious....read full review
