I love this restaurant as well as the convenience store. The owners are absolutely wonderful. They will come say hello and greet the customers. The staff is fun, attentive, really friendly and helpful! Fat Sat's is such a beautiful asset to our community. The entire family can enjoy the atmosphere. Kids can play Cornhole, karaoke on Thursday's. Great food and drinks, there's even an ice cream bar!!! My favorite little gem in Belen, NM.

Since re-opening it is mostly a bar cuz the food is from one of those food trucks. But I do have to say that “The Blue Line Grill” has the best patty melt around. The patty actually fit the bread and it was very delicious!

Food trucks available on site, good food, haven't been disappointed. The bar itself is a blast! Live bands, large outdoor patio with corn hole boards, and all different types of seats. The inside is big as well, and there are lots of screens to catch the game on. The waitresses are all friendly. will continue to keep going!!
