Grounded Coffee Shop and Book Store is adjacent to Calvary Chapel Rio Grande. When they serve food it is of a light fare with high quality. It has sort of a Rathskeller feel that serves delicious fresh brewed coffee with and has an attached bookstore. The room is also used for meetings for many local organizations. The facilty is constantly busy. Another gem in Valencia County.

We had the Brisket bowl and omelet both were perfect.
Also a coffee, espreaso and latte all done to perfection.

I ordered Door Dash from this location for the first time yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious, made with care and fresh ingredients. I ordered the avocado ranch sandwich with plain potatoes wedges and the turkey chef salad. To say the food was amazing would be an understatement. I'm excited to visit in-person and hopefully experience the atmosphere first hand. Highly recommended!!
