I went in to get 5 meals. I only received 4. My mother and mother in law went back for it. The lady that helped them gave them such a hassle and then had the nerve to tell a coworker, loud enough to hear, that she doesn't like serving the elderly. I will never go here again. There isn't much selection in Belen, but I definitely won't be going back.

It's a little place in Belen. Their food has restored our faith in the chain. So far the cheese curds, hushpuppies and root beer are fantastic. Will definitely visit again on our next trip to Las Cruces.

Craving chicken from long John silver yesterday. Went in to your store ordered the three piece chicken with French fries and a rootbeer no ice with some extra crunchies. When I got my order the chicken was dry as though it had been over heated, my French fries were waffle fries and my rootbeer was full of ice and the crunchies were ten small pieces that I couldn't even pick up and the store was a mess and dirty chair cushions looked like they were twenty years old torn and tattered. I will never go back to your store even though I live in Los Lunas.oh by the way I didn't get Cole slaw.

No ventilation, messed up one order, root beers were warm with little ice cream in the floats.
So... I drove all the way out here from Los Lunas to Belen. After placing my order of a shrimp meal and paying for it. Which was difficult to do because they don't know how to use the tap and pay. I ended up having to get my card out of my wallet. Then they stated that they were out of cocktail sauce and out of coleslaw. They gave me a half full coleslaw, but charged me full price. How can you be at a cocktail sauce? It comes in cases. And I guess they think I'm supposed to eat my corn and coleslaw with my fingers. They didn't give any plastic wear until I requested it. Oh, and of course, they didn't give any napkins either. Which I'm not supised by... that's the way most places are these days. Ugh.
