Went to eat and they took forever to take our order manager was screaming the whole time, when we finally ordered she forgot our cups and we had to wait for her to come back, then we went to get our drinks and nothing was carbonated, when we finally got our food to sit down and eat we only heard screaming from the back the whole time, as we walked out we saw a cricket jumping around inside

Their kiosk which they force you to use wasn’t printing, they forgot my sandwich and the bathroom was terribly dirty. Also, much of the staff had a bad attitude.

Secondly these young ass workers in there never greet when they open the window, they just hand out the food like bruh, when I worked in fast food I always greeted my customers every time I never opened the window without saying hello

Ordered a chicken big Mac meal with a fanta orange to drink the drink was flat and nasty and the sandwich was stale and not good at all this is ridiculous spent the money to get it and could not eat it my dog wouldn't even eat the chicken and she eats anything very disappointing everytime I go.to belen mcdonald's it's horrible please do.somethimg about this

Every time I get asked to park because my order isn't ready, then my order gets handed out to someone else and I have to wait even longer.
Whoever the manager of this place is, is doing a terrible job. Some of the slowest fast food out there. And they never salt their fries. Even if you use the app and wait in the long line, they still have you park and wait for your food and surprise! Not even warm. Burger King if you’re reading this, consider coming to Belen. The food competition is extremely low. You would greatly exceed.
