They all stood there when we walked in and took them 10 mins to take our order then they didn’t bring our drinks or cups then didn’t bring forks or anything for the pancakes but on top of that the inside was dirty and the flys were so thick you couldn’t eat in there

there's flies everywhere the floor is sticky all the time the drink machine makes the drink come out foamy and flat because they don't clean the machine they r very rude to customers this is like the 4th time me and my boyfriend have ordered food and it was either cold or hair in it the buffalo is now sour idk if that means it's bad but it don't taste right anymore the assistant manager ANA is very rude all the time when we come in she doesn't know how to help customers and when she does she's rude or ignoring everything ur saying we paid for sauces after she say we had to pay so we gave her a dollar and she walked away so we asked one of the other girls for some and she gave us what we ask for but ANA came around the corner and yelled at her and told her she already gave us some but again she ignored us and walked away and I also don't think one sause but it's fine we just wanted to get out we will not be coming here ever again bc of how rude and disgusting this McDonald's is and imma be honest she lucky I didn't ask her when she clocks out but its ight 😚

I got two McDoubles I said no onions. When I got home they put a big glob of onions in the burger and outside the burger. They were all just scattered like if they done it on purpose. This was 9/13/25 time 2:17pm.

Slowest drive through on the Mcplanet. Drive through employee asked me for $20 bucks and all i ordered a simple Mcdouble meal and ended up waiting a Mcmilennia after. Missed work the next day but food was solid.

Food is always good when web is in charge later in the day this place slows the food is good but I have to remind myself that most of there staff at this time whom are minors who are new to jobs and service this place does well enough to make this an okay inconvenience

If I could leave a negative review I would. Absolutely the worst costumer service/ some of the worst management team. And the 100% slowest fast food. I recommend prison food before I’d recommend the McDonald’s in Belen
The food took forever. They had issues with the orders and other stuff. The worse part was the manager/supervisor. She was so rude against the employees, yelling, calling names, the only thing left was using profaties. Not a good work environment.

Every time I go and encounter the same employee they give me the same issue making my delivery orders hard to pick up but anytime I'm there the other associates are able to help me quick and easy. Today she even went and got the manager The manager tells me to go to the side and I'm waiting there for 10 minutes and they don't even come help me, what kind of customer service is that.

The food was what you'd expect from McDonald's, and the service was nice overall. We came after lunchtime and there were some dirty tables but they were working on cleaning them all up.
