My son and I go here regularly and majority of the time the baristas have an attitude and act like they purchase the napkins from their checks. We went yesterday and I want to give the biggest compliment to Jude, I believe that was her name, she was very nice, gave prompt service, and gave napkins without us even having to ask. Definitely need more of her at this Starbucks.
No wonder this Starbucks has low reviews. The man up at front was very kind but the baristas are so rude they look at you with attitude. My toddler needed to use the restroom and I wanted to order before because restrooms are just for customers, and the baristas just kept on staring at me. I asked for the code because they were taking forever, she said it super low so I repeated just to make sure and said it wrong so she repeated it with attitude. Also my matcha had so much ice,...
Regular Starbucks vibe. Overpriced drinks and rude staff.
However it's the only coffee shop in Belen that offers a spacious environment with comfy seats to meet up with friends.
If a local independent option opened up I'd drop this place like a hot coal.
