I must say out of all of the subways I’ve been to in Albuquerque and Bosque and anywhere else. I must say this one is beyond my new favorite. Tomi served me with the best customer service greeting walking in greeting ,leaving and having a clean working environment and atmosphere with friendly smiles. making mine and my husband’s sandwiches look amazing and wanting more. Ordered through the app the store got my order wrong when I called the guy who answered sounded drunk and was slurring his words. When I mentioned my incorrect order he tells me it’s DoorDash's even though I ordered through their app. If they were out of something it should be mentioned

On my second visit once again to this subway it dawned on me once again how dry my sandwich was so I asked the individual behind the counter If I could please have more mayo more oil and vinegar I was informed that this company is very tight with all of these items due to the cost of everything I work in Albuquerque and eat at a lot of the subways in Albuquerque well the few that there are I have never encountered this situation until I went to this subway in Las Lunas So buyer beware....

Always order on the app and the notes I put on the order to toast my subs are never followed, I ordered a footlong and I got an 8in sub, I may never come back to this location.

I placed an online order about one hour before closing. Due to unforeseen circumstances at work I experienced an emergency in which I was unable to pick up my order prior to closing. The next day I went to subway and explained my circumstance to the young man and asked if I can get credit for the order placed. The young man told me he’d have to call the owner. I was then advised I could not get credit for the nearly $45 order but I can get a discount on my next order. I would typically order once per week from this location. The owners poor business decision will cost him far more than $45 as I will never order here again.

I don’t know what’s happened to this subway but it’s gone downhill FAST. The ENTIRE staff is unfriendly AND downright rude. And they act like you’re bothering them. They have no clue what they are doing How hard is it to make a sandwich? They try and skimp on their everything!!!!! Prices are never consistent. They charge what they feel like charging at that moment. Just a bad store all the way around.

The subway in Los Lunas is great. Dominic is quick and friendly and efficient. The subway in Bosque Farms is red tagged and I have had very bad experiences there in past with cleanliness. If I were mgmt., I would promote Dominic and have him continue to hello get the Bosque Farms store up to code. Thanks for the great tuna salads! R Carver
