Employees act like they’ve never had human interaction before. We ordered 2 sandwiches online at 6pm, was told it’ll be ready by 6:35pm. We get there and tell them our order name (twice), sat at the window at 40 minutes, no one came to check on us. Finally the window opens, not a “hello” “sorry for the wait” or “what’s the name on the order?” To confirm. This lady says nothing and shoves a bag in my face, and closes the window without saying anything. We had to honk the horn to get her attention because she gave us the WRONG ORDER. Says “oh we thought you said Patty” then hands us our sandwiches that have been sitting on the counter for 40 minutes! Horrible communication skills and customer service, wasted our time all because they don’t know how to check in on their customers.

Went last night. Lady tells me at order screen to pull to the window. I do. And then proceed to sit there for approx 15-20 minutes until they remembered I was at the window. Rude older lady tells me “we were busy.” Ya taking everyone else’s order. I literally watched 7 people who showed up after me get service before me. Then they had a younger female employee who just looked at me and laughed. What kind of customer service is this? Belen is a small community. Management should rethink customer service training

I placed my order online. My sandwich had next to no condiments, my cookie was crispy instead of gooey, and overall I’m going to have to say I could’ve been more impressed.

I walked in and walked right out. Their surfaces are ill maintained, no cleaning, co consistent change of gloves, and I am mortified. I pay real close attention to cleanliness because of germaphobia but I have an open mind. Ive been here a few times recently. I used to do so a LOT more before new management. I do not know what happened but even though the friendliness is amazing, the sanitation control is not. The first time or two I was just hoping they were just tired and busy, but it's ben months in between and 5 to 6 visits. I am not sure how they pass inspection but next time I come I will be taking pictures. It is not food safe to be cross contaminating that bad. Me and my friend are not happy and hope this changes because I really do love subway and wish I was able to eat it tonight.

I had the boss footlong on Italian herbs and cheese toasted and a large drink brisk. But I forgot to take a photo of it. Before I ate it. Good service good food good atmosphere. The music is good. 👍 Some talk radio between songs.

If I could give service a 0 star a would. Roger was the most unwelcoming service ever. As soon as I stepped in no welcoming service. Then complained about me coming in at 9:43 pm. Stating if he Wasent out of the store by 9:00pm, he gets to hear it from managers. And would most likely be fired. He continued to say how “when he was young.” He would never come in if he knew people were closing. “When he was younger he put his his life on the line for others.” To which I replied “oh your a vet?” “No he said I got kicked out. “I was security” . He proceeded to say “now I’m gunna get fired cause I won’t be done/clockedOut/ or left before 9:00pm! “ also while I was ordering my food to be toasted he proceeded to complain about my choice of meal being toasted. And go on “back where I’m form we would never!” Most unprofessional, unwelcoming person I’ve ever take my food order! May b if he did beter “when he was young!” He would be working at such a place with a bad attitude! Your job you signed up for it buddie! I’ve had better service form 18 years olds. My receipt is for 8:50:36 pm one sandwich no combo.
