I ordered at the kiosk and paid at the counter. So the order was originally on the system. 20 minutes later, no food and the order was gone from the system. Finally 20+ minutes later, I received my order. Service sucks!

I love this Taco Bell!!!! They are always friendly and fast and make my food perfect. The tacos are not skimpy they are good and packed full of everything. Exactly how you want your tacos. My favorite place to eat in Belen when it comes to fast food!!!

After the fact
Ordered online, picked food up at location. Drinks had ice despite asking for no ice. We get home, we are missing 2 parts of our family box. We call and are told to come in and they will give us the rest of the order. I drive the 15 mins and when I arrive they have me wait in the parking lot for another 15 mins. They then wave me into the store where the manager proceeds to tell me she personally put the food in my bag and she would not give me the rest of my order. Basically calling me a liar. After a bit of back and forth she finnally decides to give me the food I paid for. The best option would have been to not mess up my order, the second best being just fixing it after we call as we do understand that mistakes happen. They chose the worst by antagonizing me AND THEN giving me my food. I will not give this location business again until this manager is no longer in charge.
