The food was good, and there was little to no wait. I am giving three stars though because I had a very bizarre experience with the cashier at the drive thru. When I drove to the window she looked at me and told me to put my phone away when I am in the car....I was waiting in the drive thru....what else am I supposed to do when I am parked at the window waiting for my food? After that she accused me of being involved in a hit and run insident that happened at the drive thru a few days ago...look at my car...not a scratch on it. I don't know what she was on about, and I am still scratching my head on what I did that aggravated her. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know, but I can safely say that I have never had something like that happen to me before at any restaurant. I am always respectful to any and all staff serving me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If I could give zero stars I would. It sucks I live down the street and try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but these employees are lazy making the food. I wanted a five layer burrito grilled and got a nacho cheese burrito not grilled. Hardly any meat or beans no sour cream and it wasn’t grilled!! I’m highly disappointed because I worked for Taco Bell for years and never seen such laziness on making the food. We’re already limited on restaurants out here in Belen and this makes it worse.

Idk if they add water to their beans to make them stretch or what but I will literally drive all the way to Los lunas to avoid this location. Last time I ordered a luxe box ,I ordered chicken only on the chalupa the chicken was wet and had some sort of brown fluid it was soaked in making the chicken slimy,the beans were so watered down when I lifted the burrito they leaked out into a puddle onto the paper wrapper. I refused to eat it .the animals didn't even want anything to do with it.the Los lunas location. Is much better about quality. And do not even bother doordashing this place after 9pm ,u will get the trashiest food and just regret it (hard tortillas,hard chicken pieces, crushed chips for nachos ,dry cheese.The crew there is super nice and I don't think it's their fault,but whoever is in charge of quality control needs to step up their game . This is unfortunate as I do think the luxe box is a great deal ,and when it's made properly,it is a great meal.

I ordered at the kiosk and paid at the counter. So the order was originally on the system. 20 minutes later, no food and the order was gone from the system. Finally 20+ minutes later, I received my order. Service sucks!
