Went to go pick up a order and the employee at this store is rude as hell saying they dont open till ten. There is no reason for the attitude at 9:30 in the morning or at anytime for that matter. Taco bell management needs to be delt with this is outrageous that every time I come to the belen location the experience is awful. This is why this location needs to be placed under new management or shut down. On top of it yall advertise breakfast but according to the location they dont serve breakfast yet advertises it. Management of Taco bell do better.

The surrounding area of this establishment smells of stagnant water. The inside dining area has a sewage smell, quite disgusting.Overall cleanliness of the place is sapar

I walked in to Taco Bell in Belen NM and they serviced 2 drive up before I got my food. I was there before the 2 because I saw them drive up when getting out of my truck. The bathroom stuck and gross!! I told the lady who give me my food that a year ago they forgot the sour cream in my tacos supreme! I got home the tacos were terrible stuck to the paper, tomatoes were old as well as the cheese! I prefer Del Taco over Taco Bell! I won't go there again, I should get my money back... totally sad situation at Taco Bell in Belen NM!! Stay away...

My elderly mom left her purse here, but didn’t realize where it was until 2 days later. It was there and nothing was touched. We wished we could tip more! The honesty of the employees is touching! Thanks Taco Bell

I really like their $6.99 cravings box with a supreme chalupa, a beefy five-layer burrito, a bowl of fiesta potatoes, and a drink. It's kind of a weekly thing for me and my mom. We place our orders with our phones in the mobile app on the way there.
I ordered two bean burritos with no onions and had no beans or onions. All I had was tortilla horrible.. where is the beans?.!!

I pulled in to find the employees smoking weed in the parking lot the girl that took my order basically ran in behind me to take my order and smelled heavily of marijuana. It was a simple order, only thing special was no sour cream on the burritos. Couldnt get that right then were very rude when i asked them to remake it. None of the employees looked clean and I don't know which employee, but one of them clearly showered in cheap perfume as the whole place smelled of weed and cheap perfume. Just gross. Cant believe the franchise owners let this stuff slide.
