Gabby the manager was very disrespectful and rude to her employees. She made my experience there very uncomfortable and don’t think she knows how to manage people. Employees did not seem happy at all to be there and her way of speaking to them was very un professional.

Travelling for work and my experience in NM fast food is terrible. Stopped here for late dinner and was greeted warmly by cashier and a cook. Tall manager with cool tattoos took my order and made my fish, fries and nuggets steaming fresh without hesitation. The chat and vibes here were mellow. Definitely changed my perspective. Thank you!

Found a glove in my food. All manager did was tell worker to make a new sandwich and yelled at cashier for not taking back old sandwich. Manager did not apologize or offer any refund. Was not very thrilled with the manager.

Worst place, online hours says closes midnight every day of the week, I go there at 11, one hour prior to closing, yet out of nowhere they just say they’re closed for the night. Did that to me and two other customers in front of me as well! Worst place ever for a Burger King! Stay away from here, buyer beware!

Food was good, staff was friendly. Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and my daughter couldn't use the slide in the play place because there were two teenage boys laying down in the slide playing on their phones who teaser her when she asked them to move.

Manager she has an attitude problem that needs to be fixed it isn't my fault her or her staff is incompetent I pay good money for what is on that menu. Then being smart mouths as well n laughing like what are we in high school? Rude employees throughout ? I don't recommend this place to anyone if at all avoid this place people.
I ordered the duos meal I didn't recall being given a choice of the whoppers jr or chicken wraps ?. But my fires were frozen in the center. Feeling unsatisfied with this visit. ☹️

Absolutely terrible. The classic melt sandwich was tiny and the bread was up toasted. Worse was the fish sandwich, as the fish was so overcooked that it was almost black and was so greasy and salty that it was inedible. I will never, ever go back.

Ladies here are quite angry, refused to honor special. Pests as you walk in too, this location needs overhauled or shut down. Ended up going next door to DQ, the DQ employees seem to be familiar with the notion of customer service.
