Place can’t even stay open late. Don’t waste your time getting to this place if you’re wanting a dessert.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Employees are rude always a bunch of rude children and EVERY time I go in my food is wrong. I don't even order anything complicated either. The food also takes forever and a day to come out which you would think would at least give them time to put it together right. It's either they forget an item such as the toast in the chicken strip basket, or the food comes out ice cold. Done wasting my time and money on this crappy location.

I eat at DQ in Bloomfield at least once a week and have kept my mouth shut because I don't want my food messed with however, I am absolutely sick of ordering blizzards with extra and paying extra for it and not receiving it. This happens alllllll the time.
Today the girl who gave my blizzard outright lied to me about adding extra and handing it to me. Upon inspecting the French Silk Pie Blizzard it became immediately apparent that not only did I not receive extra they only put in chocolate flakes and no pie crust at all. When the employee came to hand my food I very nicely stated I wasn't trying to be rude but it didn't seem like she put anything in it at all. She took it and immediately started talking shit about me with the rest of the employees who in turn stared at me through the window like I had just been ugly as hell to her and I assure you that wasnt the case.
When she came back to the window and handed my my blizzard and said "here, this should be better now". She didn't add extra she added the pie crust that wasn't already in there to begin with. The customer service at this location sucks ass and they need to be addressing some kind of hygiene code as well.

9/24/24 at 9:30pm. Pulled up to drive thru, all lights on, as if open in drive thru, sat for approximately 3 minutes, there was NO ONE in front of me, so they weren't working on an order. I wasnt greeted, nothing, totally ignored. After about 3 minutes, I was done and pulled around and a girl is standing at the drive thru spot doing NOTHING and as I drive past the window she just stares at me. Found out they closed at 9pm, why keep all the drive thru lights on and making customers think they are open? This isnt the first bad service I got here. Love Dairy Queen, Hate Bloomfields Dairy Queen, might just start driving to Aztec, which isnt much better
Good people great food ??

I refuse to spend my whole lunch hour waiting in line to order a blizzard. Management needs to have more or faster employees during busy times (lunch hour) or you will continue to lose business.
Food was pretty good. Nice and hot

Unfortunately, our excitement definitely was lost deep in our Brownie and Oreo Cupfection soup bowls. Whoever thought that dumping chocolate chips at the bottom with syrup, followed by a solid block of ice cream, and lastly topped off with a rock of a brownie is more than adequately acceptable is clearly lacking something up above.
I'm highly confident that a pet snake could have come up with something much more delicious and edible.
But otherwise, our imaginations were active in that we had to imagine what an actual Brownie and Oreo should look like. And for $26, we could have purchased roughly eight (8) tubs of Great Value ice cream for this.
A huge disappointment. It is no longer the Dairy Queen I knew growing up. However, it may be worth considering the other DQs in the area. We highly recommend the DQ on West Main. Neither here or the DQ on Dustin are consistent enough to promise quality.

Ana needs to work on her customer service skills.. Throwing money at a customer should not be tolerated.. An then our order came out all separate an not together with just calling out things we ordered an not by our number that Was showen on our receipt… Her phone seems to be more important than her customers… If this job isn’t for she shouldn’t be here.. bc obviously she doesn’t want to help with certain type of people…

Chicken strip dinner did not taste good.
Trash inside overflowing, people behind counter laughing and playing around. Tables were dirty, floor had trash on it under tables. No customer service!

Decided to try something different. Sadly the menu has changed a lot since I ate at a DQ last and I am not a fan of what they are selling now. They charged me $0.50 to add lettuce to a burger, and I had to have them remake it to get what I actually ordered. I also wanted a milkshake - asked for small but got a medium, for which they charged me over $3 extra - after making it seem like I could sub the shake for the drink on a combo meal. We also got the $7 meal "deal", but were shorted the soda.
