I ordered a medium pizza, garlic bread bites and chicken Alfredo on line and picked up in store. Food was as ordered and very good. The atmosphere was very lacking. Not a single employee acknowledged that I was there. The cashier finished with the customer he had and looked at me. Told him why I was there and he got my order for me. Here is the rating reason. He asked if I wanted hot peppers. I responded no but I would like some parmesan. He said "oh we have to charge for that". Really? Over $30.00 in food and you can't give a little packet of fake parmesan cheese?

Yes. the store was clean. The staff needs to relearn safety and food handling. Hairnets. disgusting. Twice. the worst food i have ever gotten. i was also, 100% GAURENTEED, there would be no hair. gross. someone needs to educate. only one female had a hairnet with the cap. Samantha and Miranda, Managers. are the ones who handled the pizza. Miranda had bushy hair and no hairnet. I contacted the main website and customer service. emails as well. ruined the night. Never going back again!

We ordered from this Domino's frequently years ago. We started getting incorrect orders and incomplete orders. So we stopped. Last night for the game, my husband & I wanted Garlic Parmesan Wings. He went and picked them up. What a surprise that all 8 were included. However, I didn't expect to have Cornish Game Hen wings. Tiny!! For the price we paid, $11.00 plus gas for 8 chintzy wings. How sad. Will never order from them again.

Hit and miss! When it's good, it's great, and when it's bad, it's a hot mess! Last time we ordered for the 4th of July, we missed the fireworks they'd messed our delivery up so bad it was the worst experience with a delivery I have ever experienced. They offered a replacement order on another day, and when we called, the young man compt a part of our order as if it personally affected him. So after all of that, there is no apology and a half compt meal. The delivery girl was very kind and at least she apologized.
