I love their red enchilada sauce. It is a lot like Ben's Spanish Inn in Pecos TX, I am sure that is where my grandmother got her recipe. The food is always amazing, not that I have tried all of the menu items, but so far, so great. I know it is New Mexico, but seriously, try the red sauce once in a while. I promise it's not too hot ;).

I just ordered roast beef, beans and rice, first, what they sent me of meat, I didn't even see it, 3 or 4 pieces already there, it doesn't work second, exploded in chips, it was more that than anything else, very bad for the price, 16 of roast beef, 3.99 of rice. and 3.99 beans 25 pesos and malicimo 0.00 out of 0 of course I ordered it through door dash maybe better if I had gone the service is different
My husband and I both ordered the nachos and they were a large helping, reasonably priced and excellent quality. Service was quick and I would definitely recommend them if you’re in Bloomfield.

The service was great starting at the entrance the employees welcomed us in. They were very friendly and the service was FAST! The owner happened to be in and she was so nice and welcoming she gave our son a balloon. The food was AMAZING good taste and presentable. The restrooms and restaurant were clean. I will definitely return and recommend for a quick bite to eat. We got shredded chicken tacos, a birria taco and green chile shredded chicken enchiladas, french fries, chicken fajitas and we received a tostada with the tacos. It was ok delicious we devoured the tacos before we could take a picture ?.
Kid-friendliness: They offered my son a balloon and had variety of drinks that include gatorades.
