This was such a pleasant surprise! With a down home atmosphere, historic local photos, and the sweetest down-to-earth waitress, I was already intrigued. Then came our breakfasts! Wow! Tasty, perfectly spicy, lots of food, excellent coffee and hospitality above and beyond!
The Mexican chicken fried steak was amazing. Service was a bit lacking. We were never offered drink refills and didn't see our server after she brought out thedrinks, food and check all at the same time. But it's usually really good. One huge turn off though is i walked in with a half a red bull and the lady at the register barked at me about no outside drinks. I told her I was going to buy a drink but didn't want to waste or chug half a red bull. ...
They correctly got my order right but they didn’t remember to get the essentials like spoons, forks, and straws. We are using a teared piece of the styrofoam box it came in as a spoon for the beef stew. And also to scoop my corn. Please be sure to provide silverware and straws next time
