We had dinner on an overnight stay at the hotel next door. I thoroughly enjoyed my Navajo Taco. Being greeted with chips and salsa was nice. And the sopapillas to snack on after dinner was a plus. The super sweet waitress, Summer, was wonderful. Didn’t encounter anyone rude at checkout LOL but all we did was pay the bill. Clean and comfortable. I thought the food wasn’t bland at all, unlike other reviewers.
This was such a pleasant surprise! With a down home atmosphere, historic local photos, and the sweetest down-to-earth waitress, I was already intrigued. Then came our breakfasts! Wow! Tasty, perfectly spicy, lots of food, excellent coffee and hospitality above and beyond!
The Mexican chicken fried steak was amazing. Service was a bit lacking. We were never offered drink refills and didn't see our server after she brought out thedrinks, food and check all at the same time. But it's usually really good. One huge turn off though is i walked in with a half a red bull and the lady at the register barked at me about no outside drinks. I told her I was going to buy a drink but didn't want to waste or chug half a red bull. ...
