This is officially the last time I go to the Sonic in Bloomfield. I can't count the number of bad experiences I have had at this location but I just sat in stall #15 for about 10-15 minutes waiting to order a cup of ice. I'm done wasting my time and money at this store.

Cold food, terrible service, order is Always wrong. Keep saying its gonna get but I've lived in Bloomfield my whole life and the Last 3 years this sonic SUCKS. God forbid they fix their ice machine or hire people that have ANY customer service. Would not recommend. Hope McDonald's puts this one out of business and I won't eat at either place!!!

Chicken strips are horrible. Like they fried them twice? Maybe to heat them back up?? The burger was rubbery and horrible!! Save yourself some money.. go somewhere else!!

I came by today in drive thru, while I was waiting at the window I could see and hear the new General Manager Elizabet screaming and yelling at her employees and this is not the first time. First time I could hear the same person telling her employees that she has a UTI?? In my opinion that’s very unsanitary and violation of health code if you’re sick, you shouldn’t even be there especially if you’re handling food. This person Elizabet on many counts has been unprofessional and rude not only to her customers but also to her employees, what is this with this new management? Everything changed drastically and not for the good of the business. I’ll be coming back so that I can observe because this is NOT RIGHT. Customers and employees should be able to enjoy coming to work and receiving good service.

I used to come to this place in bloomfield NM all the time I don’t know what happened suddenly but now the service is so bad. that Yoselin girl has absolutely no customer service abilities or respect for her customers.

We went through the drive-through and I ordered a junior deluxe cheeseburger with mayo, my husband ordered crispy chicken, we ordered an order of tots and two drink drinks. I had to repeat my junior deluxe cheeseburger three times ! Pulled away and started down the road. Turns out my junior deluxe cheeseburger was a double cheeseburger. In the end, it’s our own fault for not double checking. But it’s really annoying and it cost me an extra $3.50.!

I bought a grilled cheese sandwich from Sonic in Bloomfield, NM. This is what I received. I took it back and no one could tell me what it was. (Said it was burnt cheese) it didn't look like burnt cheese because it was fiber-esk. The manager wouldn't touch the sandwich to trow it away. The manager Leticia acted like I was wrong for coming back upset. I had previously had 5 stars for them but I refuse to eat there if it was free. One star is too many.
