Service was very unprofessional the lady on drive through had a friend in the drive through and talk to them for half an hour after I pulled up to a stall to not only get got we're short staffed and to go through drive through than proceed to help people who pulled up to stall after I did once at the window they proceed to talk and have the friend pick someone up very dissapointent in the night crew bunch of slack off and need a baby sitter very very unprofessional i hope corporate get ahold of for this behavior.

I went there at 5:30 pm during a dinner rush on 01/18/2024. Bloomfield NM By 8 pm I had the worst food poisoning I've ever gotten in my life .. This sonic is already known for being disgusting and I should have known better.. I'm almost sure I'm not the only one that experienced this...

I placed my order via the APP, paid for it, received receipt, checked in and then I sat for 30 minutes. Nobody would answer when I pushed the red button so I walked up to the lobby and asked what was going on with my order. At first they said they did not have my order. I showed my receipt and then they said that they did get my order but they were out of grape flavor slush. OK why didn't someone let me know this before I wasted 45 minutes of my day. No apology, no offer of compensation, nothing! I gave them several more chances and each time it was about the same outcome, wait was way too long and order was wrong or burnt.

Sonic is always a good place to grab a quick meal when you're on the go. The food is good, can't say about the atmosphere because I've never gone in or parked to eat.
I ordered a banana shake with chocolate syrup….. the menu claims they use real bananas. They used what they claim is a banana puree for my shake. It only faintly tastes like banana and definitely does not look like what the menu claims.
The costumer service was horrible. The girl was clearly high, sluring on her words, couldn't hear anything either even though I was right there. Her eyes were red. I had asked for the number 11 not knowing it was discontinued and the conversation went like this. "Could I have a number 11" "Just the 3 piece chicken tenders?". "No the basket. The meal with everything you know??" And she told me "Ok" she didn't even tell me it was discontinued at all. When we pulled up to the window she gave us a small bag and it didn't have an entire meal only the drink to that meal and idk how she forgot when she asked for the drink to it. Everything was 41 and we didn't even get our burger or fries and she made us pay for the burger too. She told us the burger was 11 then 9 then 10 then 7. And our drinks lids were put on horribly 2 of them came off and spilt after. Her name was Annalice and she was short and had glasses. All I got to eat was 3 chicken strips my boyfriend only a burger. We spent 50 dollars even though there was only two meals before that. They were only 22 in total idk why it came to us spending 50

This is the WORST Sonic in the four corners area. If you want Sonic, just save your money and spend the extra time to go into Farmington. You will never get a correct order here. I ordered my food and instead of spending the time to make sure it's right, they stood there and talked crap about other customers in front of us. Never once was my order read back to me or confirmed. I ordered, they told me my total, then handed me my food after taking my money. I have never had a good experience here and it's a shame because it is the closest location to us. DO NOT GO HERE.

Ordered a small online order through door dash, took the driver only 10 minutes to get there and they waited close to an hour. We even called when it had been 45 minutes and they said they were making our order. Waited another 15 minutes and nothing. Gave up and canceled our order. I even tipped the driver extra for having to wait for them to get their service together which never happened. Driver stated other people were going through drive thru with no issues and getting their orders. Should have been absolutely NO reason we didn't receive our order, even after an HOUR! And when I called to tell them our dasher was waiting for 45 minutes i didnt even get an apology or a reason for why it was taking so long. I've worked in customer service, fast food done it all. This was absolutely unacceptable, ridiculous, piss poor service. Won't be going back to this Sonic, ever.Also, maybe the owners should work on commenting on the reviews that are negative feedback instead of only the positive feedback reviews. Just a thought, that maybe you should care what happens in your restaurant and try to fix it with customers instead of ruining it at every angle.
