Charlene is incredibly incompetent to work register! Every time I order she always gives us problems! 0 customer service skills! She can’t even do basic math! I told her I was paying half with card and half with cash! She told me to figure out what was going on the card and what was being paid with cash! The last time I went I had requested chili on the side since I would be sharing with my toddler. She told me why can’t I just give my toddler Chili’s and to suck it up! Horrible employee
Last time asked for green chili and couldn't taste it so this time asked for extra chili and the same came out what up with that maybe I should call ice then all get my order right

I used the app to order 20 minutes before I arrived. The staff hadn't started. Then after 30 minutes they realized not only was I waiting at a table, but they had forgotten I was there. Blake's is becoming a place to avoid.
