So this place started out as a bakery and now is a restaurant. I took this picture before they repainted it. On a weekend, I checked them out. Nice friendly people, good tasty food. Clean place, plenty of seats to try some Mexican food, that you may not think you would get down in the south of Albuquerque. While your in the area, after your belly is full, go check out the flea market down the street, and walk off your meal.

Open on Weekends with menudo. Many delicious sounding menu items. The red salsa is pretty darn hot. Carne asada burro was good sized. Rajás con queso was spicy and good. Side of beans was perfect for dipping chips! Would return and try more stuff.
Their menudo and caldo de res is great but it is pricey.

Don't recommend this restaurant very rude management to staff and customers. Had a hair in my food and returned it for a new plate. when I went to pay my ticket the manager tried to charge me for the plate I returned with the hair in it / so yeah very poorly ran establishment/.
