One of the cleanest, most spacious, and most beautiful McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. Convenient parking, friendly staff, and very fast service. The kids’ playground is excellent and extremely clean. There were very few people, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place. By the way, the hash browns seemed a bit bigger than in other locations — maybe I’m mistaken, but it was a nice surprise 🙂

Definitely need a new system. Pulling up every single time not so good. Back when there was a time limit per vehicle seems to go out the window when you have to pull up even if there are only 2 cars.

It took 15 minutes for these lazy employees to make a double cheeseburger and some fries. Meanwhile they're laughing, and swearing really loud in the back. I hope automation takes every one of their jobs.

I placed an app order for drive thru. I sent my wife to pick up the food since I am at work. They refused to give her the food since she did not have my phone. Which is ridiculous because you do not need the phone with you. There is an option in the app to select I am here. Had to come get my phone and when she went back they still didnt want to. They took my phone to the back which if I was there that would not have happened. Im extremely upset with the service. Definitely will not be back here.

Decided to bring my grandkids to eat they were rude threw my food at me in the play place and got my food wrong when I told them they used their bare hands and fixed it. Ugghhhh I understand it's fast food and I paid a good amount for what I got I'm disappointed that employees are so rude and unwilling to make things right
Las Lunas is a clean place so of course restaurants and going to be clean and friendly people. I must relocate from Albuquerque to Las Lunas immediately to receive 5 start service

I am local and over the past few months have seen a huge shift in quality of employees. Tonight, I watched the staff play around, throwing boxes at each other saying there was roaches in them, and run around. All while I was waiting for my order in the drive thru. I understand kids being kids, but they were beyond unprofessional.

On the 23 of Apr. I visited the Bosque Farms location. I was extremely disapointed in the staff. I was literally ignored. I entered the the restraunt and after what I felt was an adequate ammount of time, I grew impatient. I may have been a bit impatient however, after being looked at & not acknowledged. My impatience grew I then knocked on the counter and again got no response. Their only interest was on the window still no acknowledgement. After waiting what I felt was more than adequate time I then grew angry. As I was ready to leave I was finally acknowledged. When asked if they cold help me my response was a resounding no. I left the fast food restaurant. As a long time Bosque Farms resident that does everything support local this came as a shock to me. This incident will likely deminish my desire to choose to purchase food from this local buisness. Something as simple as a will be right with you would have gone a long long way
