Came in to dine in worst customer service!! Put in the order in kiosk and waited 20min for our food. Got tired of waiting went to the front to ask and they had my food at the front this whole time the manager said that they didn't know who's was it but they didn't even bother screaming my number like they usually do. ugh!!! This place is getting worst and worst every week!!!

If I could give this a zero I would. The employees are extremely immature and playing around while trying to make peoples food. Took forever to get two cones due to them playing around! They were unsanitary and scraped one of the cones off on the machine in front of us. These workers should be fired for the terrible customer service and the amount time it took to make two cones due to them being immature and childish!

So I been calling to let them know my order was not given correctly and no answer and no response from them . Just like you charge for your items I work hard for my money to pay for a full tummy . I am in the medical field and work a 12 hour shift to take care of some one loved ones so please be mindful of our time , our money and our energy needs please . It might be one of your loved ones we are taking care of .

I left; 2:30 PM, 3 managers sat in the dining area for a meeting and the counter was completely unattended. I had a scan code so I waited. A manager got up so I thought they would acknowledge me, but she also walked by and did not send anyone to the counter. I hate this McDonalds; it is across the street from my work, I get a half hour to order and eat. I have no doubt management knows exactly who I am mostly because they fail... 90% of the time. I have also complained on the app and no resolution was established.

Today the service through the drive thru was amazing… costumer service was great even the young man handing us our food had a big smile and was really kind…. I was impressed with the service we got today! Made the food even more enjoyable. (:
