One really good Carmel shake. One really awful chocolate shake. Everyone in our party that tried the chocolate stated it was awful. What a disappointment for the price that you pay!!

My ocean water taste like actual ocean water would, and had no ice. All of the ice is gone within five minutes of going there. The lady that gave me my drink also had horrible attitude. they turned all the stall screen off to avoid service. I’m assuming.

The worker taking my order in the drive thru didn’t repeat my order back to me and didn’t tell me the total just told me to pull forward. Once I got my order I realized they messed up and gave me the wrong burger and also found small spots of mold on the top bun of my burger. MOLD!!! This is not right or safe.

Went through the drive through the female who was taking orders seemed to be in a hurry when I got my food I let her know that something was not made the way I asked for it to be made she then replied with a snarky attitude “I can do that” and proceeded with “next time” ask for it that way.. I did ask for it a certain way the first time just for it to be made wrong all together having to turn around and ask for what I ordered again. Some people belong on the grill or washing dishes.

Fellow ex sonic worker here. the change on the bottom of the receipt gives us an idea of how much change to give if the total is 13.45 and you give $14. NO ONE IS STEALING YOUR MONEY. they dont control when the ice cream machine goes out because it is about 10 years old. i understand the problem with it not being so fast and not coming out great but after working there i can tell you they have 1/4 of the staff of any other restaurant and still manage to get it done. ITS NOT THEIR FAULT THEY DONT HAVE THE STAFF OR RESOURCES TO BE AS FAST AS MCDONALDS!!!! JUST GO THERE INSTEAD

Crew don't follow how thing where ordered when u ask for double chocolate add peanut butter and they make a peanut butter shake instead 🤨and how the hell did I get change I didn't receive change off a card are they pocketing money from cards
I picked up an online order, I got home drank my drink opened it up to eat the ice and found a cockroach in my drink. This is disgusting and unsanitary!!! I will not be coming back to this location again.

9 PM on 12/21/24 the shift working there let a massive line pile up and stopped serving people completely. You could see them through the window doig nothing but stocking lids and sweeping pretending to be busy but they stopped serving everyone. When you asked for ice cream they said they weren't serving it, when you asked to order food they would say they weren't serving food. I sat and watched as people came and went without these people doing anything. I let the gentleman know when I got to the speaker that everyone could see them doing nothing and he stammered like he was on something. Is this really what this place has become.... come on.

The young lady was very nice. The hamburger on the other hand was horrible...the bun had an odor to eat. It just tasted funny!! The tots and Onion rings were good...... whoever is cooking, please just take a little pride in what your doing. If you are not happy at work find one you will be happy in..the food should be hot and taste good. It's a hamburger it isn't something hard

The absolute worst hamburger I have ever had in my life. The patty was 100% burnt to a crisp, broken into three seperate pieces and super thin. There is no way the employees care about the food they deliver to you.
