The young lady was very nice.
The hamburger on the other hand was horrible...the bun had an odor to eat. It just tasted funny!!
The tots and Onion rings were good...... whoever is cooking, please just take a little pride in what your doing. If you are not happy at work find one you will be happy in..the food should be hot and taste good. It's a hamburger it isn't something hard

The absolute worst hamburger I have ever had in my life. The patty was 100% burnt to a crisp, broken into three seperate pieces and super thin. There is no way the employees care about the food they deliver to you.

I'm not sure if the stall was broken but waited 20 minutes with no answer. Went through the drive through instead, got an ice cream slushie, it was over filled and the lid wasn't on all the way so it spilled on the seats. I understand being busy but that wasn't okay.

There's an employee by the name of Kylie. She gave us the best service! She actually took our order at the car, cause the order taker took to long..Kylie stepped right up..She confirmed our order..brought it out..was courteous and professional. Its hard to find good CS these days..someone needs to recruit her..and let her blossom! Great job Kylie! Hope you find a career worthy of your good work ethic! Thank you!

The wait was a lot longer than expected. Even worse, I was waiting at one of the parking spots to order and someone else that pulled in got an answer for what they wanted to order first even though I was here 10 min before them. Also, after all the waiting, the food was not even that good, seems like it wasn't fresh at all.

Poor service and long wait times. Ordered a strawberry shake through the app. I didn’t want the chunks of strawberry, only the strawberry ice cream. The app allows you to remove the strawberry fruit. I was given a vanilla milkshake (they also excluded the whipped cream and cherry which I didn’t ask for). We called in thinking we had the wrong item. They said they don’t have strawberry ice cream, it’s only made strawberry with the fruit. Unsure why they even allow you to take the strawberry out of the strawberry shake (other items don’t allow you to take out crucial ingredients), or why they would just bring a vanilla shake and act like that was normal thing to order. It also took 20 minutes to receive a plain vanilla milkshake.

One of the worse Sonic locations I have every had the displeasure of visiting. You really hope you can get a simple cherry limeade and continue on your day. Wrong! This location should have a complete revamp of training and management should be fired.

Came for half price shakes after 7pm. Girl told me it was only through the app. So I pull in a stall and download the app. App says store is taking online orders cat this time. So I hit the button an told them the app ain’t working. Girl says, “owe, I know… it’s cause we have it turned off. Because we don’t have the employees to make that many shakes.” Are you freaking serious, how about this, hire some employees, just bring them in for shake hours. If I was the owner I’d be furious. Guess they don’t like making money anymore. Sad, won’t be back.

I did and it didn’t let me order and I asked the lady about it and she said they have the app closed because they don’t do the half price because they are low on employees that’s the dumbest excuse I’ve ever heard,

This location is an absolute joke. A week ago today they were out of ice cream and today we go and we are told they don’t have ice cream because, “it was just so hot today it couldn’t freeze”. Are you serious!? It was 78 degrees today! What are you guys going to do when it’s summer and 108 degrees?! The excuses for the young rude night shift workers are becoming ridiculous. Who owns this location? They need to know it’s ran like crap!
