DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I came into the store and there was NO ONE behind the counter. I called out numerous times and finally, the person working here came from the back. I could barely understand him when he approached me. Couldn't tell you his name because I couldn't understand him. Ordered my sandwich, when it came to the final things to put on the sandwich I told him I would take the spinach over the lettuce because I had never seen such pathetic lettuce or spinach in my life. He actually said, wow I'm surprised people usually say that about the spinach. I told him, they BOTH were pathetic! I visited 8/9/25 at approximately 1:30 to 2:00 pm. Worst experience EVER at a food establishment and I am 62 years old.

The air conditioner is broken so I felt really bad for the guy who was working there but he gave me great customer service I spent $30 for two subs and two sodas to go bring lunch to a girl that had called me by getting my number in my name off the list when I got money orders and then go see me the next day but she seemed a little strange anyway so I probably Dodge the bullet but I sure wish I had used the coupons I got in the mail so I could have saved money but otherwise yeah oh yeah I deposited that I can take out of this situation is I guess I got to hang out with a kind of cute girl but unfortunately was eating something that was going to give me diarrhea later but I highly recommend going to this place if you have a gluten allergy and wouldn't mind getting diarrhea to hang out with like a cute girl and getting ghosted the next day

DO NOT GO HERE!! Guy behind the counter needs to get fired ASAP. Shocking to see the reviews of other people having similar experiences. My wife ordered a footlong on flatbread and this is what she got. I went back to get it remade and I guess the dude thought we ordered a wrap in a flatbread. I get him to remake it and he makes the sandwich the same way (not caring about how the sandwich looks or what’s on it). I physically show him how to make the sandwich on the counter with the second messed up sandwich and he precedes to make a 3rd sloppy sandwich. It’s one thing if he didn’t know how to make the sandwich, but his attitude towards the situation is what did it for me. Comments like “do you want to make it” and “I don’t care” towards customers that paid for a product are inexcusable. This guy does not want to work there and shouldn’t be. This is only half of it. I plan to tell the rest to the owner/manager when I ask for a refund.

Got subway here last week on Friday and again this week on Friday last week order was what I ordered but so messy we basically had to make outer sandwiches when we got home and they have pizza as an item online I paid for it and they don't carry it at that location so they gave me a dr pepper that was clear so no syrup or anything in it. Then today I go and they messed up both sandwiches the bread and veggies were wrong the othring right was the meat on the sandwich. Also placed my order to pick up at 5 30 got there at 6 and the guy barley started making it

11:46 AM on April 28, 2025…came in the employee does not have good customer service skills. The meat is now hidden. Employee said that it is now the cheapest meat Subway can buy and still sell it as meat. The Dr Pepper was out and when I said “hey hun, your Dr Pepper is out his response was what do you want me to do about it” my response was I would like a Dr Pepper so I would like you to change it out so I can get what I paid for. Nope again NOT HIS PROBLEM. They say they have Ghost Pepper bread and the guy again not his problem. Not his problem that they choose to go cheap and charge a fortune. Do better Subway!

Ordered 2 subways. One was just ok not rotisserie chicken adverstised. Second subway NOT what I ordered. Had to go back for redo. Won't be back.
