Bidii Chidi is an amazing food truck with a rotating, delicious menu. Alex does his best at routinely setting up at different locations too so various people can access his food truck.Alex is also clearly a great cook! He changes things up based on the weather AND in-season produce which results in a wonderful, modern palate of Navajo/Southwestern flavors. A food truck with SUPERB FOOD!! Their menu is one of the best in New Mexico!! Maybe the country. I know but it’s seriously good!! Hard to get but I like that aspect too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
