These guys aren't the absolute best, but they certainly get the job done. The wait times can be a bit slow at times, but not anything like DMV wait times. From personal experience, these guys have always had my back when I needed help, they've happily (and quickly) taken me in if I call in, and the MPF even warned me of a finance issue well before anybody else caught it, saving me a fortune. The staff as a whole are well-trained and polite. Again, they're not the best office ever, but they're nothing close to being the worst.

Had to get a new ID card and just like normal Airmen Kirk had me in and out in no time at all. Make sure you make an appointment they will get you in and out fast and they r open for ID's Mon, Wen, and Fri.

I have received services through both family medicine & pediatrics. Both have been wonderful. The people that work the front desk were polite. Was seen promptly by the providers who were courteous and thorough.

I saw the reviews and was preparing myself for a bad experience, but it was the opposite of all the reviews. My appointment was canceled because of the ice storm and they still fit me in the next day. The Flight Medicine clinic was very helpful in getting the forms I needed completed from the provider the to enlisted who worked there. Everything was smooth, quick, and comfortable.

The officers and enlisted do not care about your medical needs. Every year I have to fight to get a referral to my Dr. No one cares and getting answers is impossible. Always get "We'll check into it", and never gets better.
