Absolutely disappointed. Ordered my pizza at 4:07pm today (6/30/2025). Ordered on the app as normal. I pick up my pizza and go back to work. Look at my pizza and it’s missing my black olives. So I return to the store and show them they forgot the olives (toppings are $2 each, so yes I’m going to say something). Everyone there was silent. One girl asked to see my pizza and took it away. They threw it back on the shelf. They all walked around a minute and finally said “it’s gonna be 5 minutes” to which I say “okay” and walk away to get something while I wait. I return to the store, they hand me my pizza. I get back to work, ALL THEY DID WAS TOSS OLIVES ON MY COOKED PIZZA! The staff working that shift should be ASHAMED of themselves! They were extremely rude, unapologetic, and freaking lazy! To the manager: I highly suggest you evaluate your staff.

Honestly haven't had a single issue. Super reliable, never received a wrong order, and the food is always as good as Domino's can be. Best Domino's I've been to for sure.
Location is obviously geared toward people on base, but the constant influx of orders from the dorms doesn't seem to slow them down at all. Great stuff.

I ordered a pizza 1 hour before closing time (sorry) and it was delivered at my door no more than 10 minutes later. Incredible. Now thats steadfast service. Hold the line

I had a pick up order bad management by the way. This manager didn't read me back my order when I arrived ?, and she didn't even give me my free food that I had used with my points she just took my whole order back without double checking to make sure it was correct so I got home called the store asked to speak to the manager and she made me wait to come back to tell me I am the Manager like you could have just said this you're the manager so I'll be calling your general Manager and tell them how rude you were being to begin me.
I have ordered before and never received my order. Then I have had driver's show up. Unexpected

Got a mango habanero chicken sub with no mango habanero on it. When I called to asked if they were out or something they just said “we do have it, sorry that’s just an oversight on our part” I responded with “ok” and was met with another apology followed by silence. Sorry doesn’t doesn’t fix the fact that I just paid for something I didn’t get.

It seems like every time we go to order food they are out of something. Usually it's coca cola which is fine but tonight they were out of coca cola and every single boneless wing option. They only had bone in sweet mango habanero. Starting to get a little ridiculous its not even 9pm yet and they're meant to be open until 1am.The driver went out of his way to get us some coca cola from the exchange. The employees are pretty good and I don't blame them for the lack of products.
