I ordered a pizza 1 hour before closing time (sorry) and it was delivered at my door no more than 10 minutes later. Incredible. Now thats steadfast service. Hold the line

I had a pick up order bad management by the way. This manager didn't read me back my order when I arrived ?, and she didn't even give me my free food that I had used with my points she just took my whole order back without double checking to make sure it was correct so I got home called the store asked to speak to the manager and she made me wait to come back to tell me I am the Manager like you could have just said this you're the manager so I'll be calling your general Manager and tell them how rude you were being to begin me.

I have ordered before and never received my order. Then I have had driver's show up. Unexpected

Doesn't have bread bowl pasta

Got a mango habanero chicken sub with no mango habanero on it. When I called to asked if they were out or something they just said “we do have it, sorry that’s just an oversight on our part” I responded with “ok” and was met with another apology followed by silence. Sorry doesn’t doesn’t fix the fact that I just paid for something I didn’t get.

How great is it to get a nice long piece of hair in your pizza, disgusting!

It seems like every time we go to order food they are out of something. Usually it's coca cola which is fine but tonight they were out of coca cola and every single boneless wing option. They only had bone in sweet mango habanero. Starting to get a little ridiculous its not even 9pm yet and they're meant to be open until 1am.The driver went out of his way to get us some coca cola from the exchange. The employees are pretty good and I don't blame them for the lack of products.

I ordered food from this place, and their tracker says they've delivered, and they very much have NOT delivered my food yet, and this isn't even the first time this has happened with this location.

Hit or a miss, depends who's working

Ordered my pizza at 18:13, was notified that the driver was on their way at 18:35. Driver drove one street over then I watched the driver go to 3 other houses then back to domino's. Now my order says delivered at 18:52 but the delivery driver never came back. I understand if you are understaffed. You have our cell phone number so shoot us a call or text so we can understand what's going. Like, am I getting my $32 worth of food? Or you guys just going to lie and say it was delivered and keep the tip? Little bit of communication would have kept me from leaving a poor review. But just for an update it's now 19:20 and the manager or supervisor said he watched the delivery driver grab it so he knows it's on the way. I'm glad that my pizza was out of the oven and sitting on the heating rack for 45 minutes and will now be delivered to me, nothing like a rock hard crusty or soggy pizza. I guess from now I'll be going in the store to pick up instead of expecting a delivery that seemingly never arrives. I will order from here again and if I get better service next time I will gladly update my review, who knows might just be having a rough night.Updated from 1 to 3 stars because the manager and the driver were very courteous and kind.

If you order from here DONT LEAVE A TIP. I ordered at 11:50 1 HOUR before close. I put a tip and everything. They cancelled the order and wouldn't answer the phone. I have always left a tip. But never again. I wish I could just pack up and leave the flight line an hour early because I don't wanna work. Ridiculous.
