Starbucks in general isn’t the most high quality coffee; however, if looking at this with respect to other Starbucks and the Starbucks brand, this is a good store. The staff was really great and even helped me make a flavor I hadn’t had before that was a fun thing to try. The shop has some tables and a bar area, so good seating, and the hours were great - longer hours than the BX or Commissary it’s attached to. If you’re looking for a Starbucks coffee, I’d recommend this shop!

Really good service and haven't had anything bad to say but today I did find a hair in my drink...just please make sure to check your clothes for loose hairs.....otherwise I love the strawberry lemonade

I placed an order at 7:30, with estimated time of pickup 7:45. I waited until 8:00 when I asked if my drink would be ready soon. I was told there were at least 5 drinks in front of me still. There is one barista working to make drinks, with one at the cashier and one doing food items. So I guess I should have ordered with the expectation of it taking an hour? The system needs updating to accurately reflect wait times.

I like the food and coffee, but I don't appreciate the fact that I put in a mobile order only to wait forever to find out you ran out of the item. Please track things better so people aren't wasting time and money.
