Really good service and haven't had anything bad to say but today I did find a hair in my drink...just please make sure to check your clothes for loose hairs.....otherwise I love the strawberry lemonade
I like the food and coffee, but I don't appreciate the fact that I put in a mobile order only to wait forever to find out you ran out of the item. Please track things better so people aren't wasting time and money.
The customer services is great but when i ordered the matcha tea latte, the taste is off. Almost like spoiled milk. This happened to me three times now. Maybe they are using another kind of milk for it? Idk, but I did notify them the first time, since then its hit or miss.
