The one waitress in the whole place was slow, not attentive, after 25 minutes waiting for my food. We walked out. There was only four parties in the whole restaurant. Won’t be back

Don't judge a book by its cover. The food is very good. I really liked the pozole and I appreciate the good service. If I would return, it is a good restaurant.
Not the best but not the worst. The food wasn't bad, but had very little flavor. A bit overpriced for what you get, at least for the breakfast we had. The atmosphere was lacking, no music or ambient noise, and the staff seemed obviously stressed. Seemed like they were counting minutes for each table to be done and leave even though it was the middle of their open hours and it wasn't busy, most tables were open. Wouldn't say avoid, but we probably won't visit again.

We stopped here since we could sit outside with our dog. There are two options for sitting outside, and it all has plenty of bird droppings on it. The picnic table had spider webs, so we chose the small round table. I found an upside down chair and sat in that since it was cleaner, having been covered from the birds. My child didn't like her food, my husband said his was fine, and I really liked the chile rellano from the variety plate I got. It was crispy and good. We all thought the water tasted bad. The gas station across the street blasts ads, that was a little annoying. I'm guessing if you sit inside, it's a better experience. Our waitress was nice and chatted a bit when I went in to pay.

Stopped during our Denver-El Paso trip. Was a bit doubtful when I walked in, but was very surprised at how tasty, fresh and home tasting our meal was. Our server was friendly, and courteous. Our food was prepared promptly. We ordered a taco plate, and an enchilada plate, delicious! I was very amazed at how a small restaurant in a small town could produce a better meal than restaurants in bigger cities. To the kitchen, you did a fantastic job, keep up the good work, and we'll be back soon!

Traveling? This is good food, fair price, easy access from 54 or 60. Family owned diner with American and Hispanic dishes. Carne Asada plate was tasty. Chicken fried steak was homemade and well prepared.

You know those giddy sounds you make when it's really cold out and you're climbing under your warm covers? I make those sounds every time I eat their tacos.
