We were thrilled to find this charming place in Carizozo, NM! So many delicious choices, but we had the “holy shitake” pizza made with ricotta cheese, olives, mushrooms and sausage. Fantastic!

We came up from ELP on 12/30 with our photo club and had lunch at Rosey's. By far, some of the best pizza we have had in a long time. The crust was the best I have had in years. And we all know the crust makes the pizza. If you are in the area, a must stop. Forget green chili cheeseburgers in San Antonio and go have the Green Chili cheeseburger pizza at Rosey's in Carrizozo. Or the Supreme, Or the Meat Lovers! All were excellent. An unexpectedly great experience. 😀
