Great American Diner

Great breakfasts !! I read older reviews that I'm GLAD I didn't believe. I decided to try it myself & I'm glad that I did. Great service, amazing food, huge portions at a very cheap price. Each plate you see attached here was $ 10.99 !! Shoot, it costs some yuppies $8 just for a frick'in coffee/pho pho drink. Right off I-40. We are from WV headed to Sedona, AZ. Try it for yourself & share a good review. Mine may be the first review since 2024 !!

We stopped here for a late breakfast, mostly based on the reviews of wonderful customer service. We walked in and there were no patrons except for one table paying their tab. An open restaurant. We asked to sit by a window as the view is gorgeous there. We were told only one waitress is on and that is not her section. To which I replied, well it would be good exercise then right? He simply said, sorry.
We wanted to leave then but waited on the waitress, and asked her the same question given that it would be her “burden” to walk. She told us that section was closed. By the way; the table by the window was twenty feet away.
We left.

Winter they close at 8 pm . This is part of the casino.

We stayed at the RV park and decided to eat here We had to send food back twice, because it was cold. The refried beans were terribly bland. Our server was the one highlight.

Even though this Restaurant is in a Casino, it is one of the best Restaurants we have been to! The Food is great! Service is quick, and the price is very affordable! We will come back!

Didn't care much for this casino.

Stopped in on our way from the Lightning Field back to ABQ. Being in the casino, we didn't have the highest hopes but I'm glad we stopped. I had the Laguna Style Patty Melt, with pepper jack and green chiles. It was on thick-cut marble rye and was one of the best patty melts I've had. My husband ordered the chicken wrap with the green chile ranch and said the same thing. Both came with hot, fresh fries. The iced tea was freshly brewed. Our server, Glady, was attentive and friendly. Solid marks all around. Worth the stop (and throw some nickels in those slots while you're there).
