Waited an hour for a kids burger and chicken tenders. No communication from management Ellen. Just handed me the food not a single word. I asked for a refund again not a single word. Just her making faces. Other customers waiting to be seated ended up leaving. I seen them at McDonald's. Before I left I asked to speak to another manager, spoke with Terrance Luke. He just offered excuses. I'm not just a customer that eats , I also rent rooms and gamble , I can visit any place of business that don't offer customer service. Acoma Businesses standards are less then mediocre.

Waited 15 minutes for our drink order to be taken, another 10 for food order. Waitress checked on us only 3 times in an hour and a half. Food took an hour to come out, cold with small portions. Beans were hard, my daughter asked for extra beef they put less. Everyone around us had food with in 10 min. Not ever going back and telling everyone to avoid this place. Paid over $120 to be treated like crap!

Friday nights seafood buffet was a joke. For $66, your buffet of choice are crab legs and oysters. Then a dry pork something. Breaded shrimp you buy at a Cosco.. You are better off at an Asian buffet if you find one nearby. $66 for a RIP OFf! Never again!!!

I came on Saturday night. I have no complaints about the price or the service — the staff’s attitude and service were excellent. But I was very disappointed with the food. The meat was undercooked and poorly seasoned. You could clearly taste the gaminess and greasiness of the meat, and just the smell alone was enough to kill my appetite. In the end, I only ate a little bit of noodles before leaving. The servers really tried their best, but the chef should be fired. There was no cooking skill at all — it was a complete waste of food. Honestly, I’d rather go to McDonald’s.

Service was terrible and I don’t know why people still go to this place. Waitress was very rude and as well as the manager staff. They just need to get rid of all the managers and bring in new management. Paid so much money tonight to enjoy it but it was terrible. Of course it’s all people who know each other who work there so it won’t change. All I could say is you’re better off going to Dancing Eagle restaurant. Much friendlier

I stayed in the casinos RV park and walked over for dinner. I ordered the steak, mashed potatoes & gravy, and veggies with apple pie for desert all to go. It was AMAZING. So good and the apple pie…I ended up having 2 slices. My cat even started eating out of my to go plate. My food was warm even after the walk back to my camper and the staff were very friendly.

Not sure why the waitress was rude and unprofessional today 07/06/2025 about 4pm. Tall lady with glasses working the back tables. She didn't bring us utensils or napkins and when we did she made a face on our request. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but it wasn't our fault. She made it obvious she was annoyed with us. Not sure we will be back. Food was ok and had we been treated with the slightest bit of friendly customer service, it might have been better. But attitudes especially ones that directly take a active relationship with their customers can sour an otherwise good meal. Would not recommend to anyone travelling through.

We were staying at the RV Park and decided to give the restaurant a try since it was so close! We were a little worried as the reviews weren't great but were pleasantly surprised to have amazing service from our kind waitress, we got a burger and fries which were very tasty and great portions and our drinks were always refilled. We enjoyed our time and food! I recommend it!

As a local, this place was once good when I was a kid. Now as an adult this place keeps getting worse. The service is absolutely terrible, there’s about five waiters/waitresses and none of them were friendly only the hostess. The waitress that served us got my order wrong, she never once checked on us and ended up taking a lunch break. WAVING down someone else for our check and to go box. The food looked good on the menu but looks COMPLETELY different when it comes. Go to Dancing Eagle where the food, service and atmosphere is much better. That’s where we should’ve gone in the first place to spend our hard earned money especially in this economy.
