The food had no taste I got the runs after eating there, went with a group of 8 and it was not very nice they sat us where all tables around us were dirty next to what seemed to be a fridge, the waiter was great though very can dude but my overall experience was trash for my first time in cloudcroft I left with a bad taste in my mouth, and to top it off they didnāt have any of the kids menu items like how do you have all kids items on the menu out of stock thatās not so great they literally came back minimum 2 times to our table to tell us they were all out of what we ordered for the kidsā¦ā¦

Came in for lunch Nov 10th. Coffee was diluted and lukewarm. Waitress took our order, gave us our drinks and left us for 1/2 hour. When we asked about our order; she said there were 2 large groups in a backroom but she told us they were working on it. Another 1/2 hour went and we had to flag her down and then time this she said āthey lost our ticketā so after waiting 1hour no food. We just said weāre out of here. They offered a gift card but since we are out of state, we declined. Basically this was one of the worst experiences weāve ever had at a restaurant. And also, the lemonade tasted bad as well. Just a really bad experience here.

I had the fried chicken and it was very good! We have been here about 6 months ago and they were fantastic then! The customer service was top notch and friendly!!
Place reeked of old fryer oil. We should have walked right out but nothing else was open. Absolutely awful food. Pork chops dry, green beans canned, baked potato dry, fried chicken nearly flavorless and almost meatless, corn soggy and tasteless, even the soda was flat. The butter, which came in little packets, was congealed from having melted and then hardened again, and all the packets were well buttered. It was just the worst, start to finish. On the bright side, once salted thoroughly then dunked in copious amounts of ketchup, the jojos were completely edible. Service was very friendly.
A few vegetarian selections. My Impossible Burger was cooked perfectly with a nice griddle toasted bun. The fries were very good, everything was hot and tasted fresh. Some of the meat dishes other customers had looked good and the service was prompt and our waitress was very nice.

Went there a few times with my elder pup last week for both breakfast and dinner. Other restaurants in town were closed because of their normal schedules being limited and other issues. I was not disappointed though! Great porch for me and my pup to sit in and breakfasts were awesome and all the folks loved on my pup. He even got a little bacon! Went for the chicken fried chicken for dinner and it was great too! Wish I had time to try other things! Service was great.

We were told to wait to get seated. Waited for ten minutes. After embarrassingly standing there, the four of us decided to go elsewhere. At least $150 walked out the door. Dusty Boots got our business and our money.
