5 Stars Black Bear Coffee Shop was great all around! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I tried one of their specialty latte, and it was smooth, rich, and perfectly balance, not too sweet, just right. The pastries were fresh and flavorful, and everything came out quickly. You can tell they put care into what they do. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

A charmer of a place. They offer tasty coffee and teas drinks. We enjoyed the brisk mountain airy outdoor area with our pup. I recommend their Polar Bears 🐻❄️ a white mocha peppermint latte to start off your Cloudcroft adventure.

The cutest little coffee shop! I went the day after Thanksgiving and they were very kind, it was a little packed, but that is to be expected during the holidays in a small café. The staff were really kind and so were the customers. I believe I got something called the polar bear. It was a white mocha peppermint latte and it was delicious.

I stopped to get a cup if coffee and it was delicious! The staff were amazing. Most definitely would recommend for a delicious cup of coffee.
The drinks were pricy, but good. The baristas were very friendly and accommodating. This is the best coffee in town.
