Not really sure what we did to upset our waitress but she was rolling her eyes at us, left us with empty drinks, sat for over two hours, and just was unpleasant. Live music was great and the pizza & beer were fantastic! Super upsetting as someone who has visited several times. Hopefully this was just an off night.
My son and I stayed in Cloudcroft for 4 nights. We visited the brewery twice. They have great food and beer! The staff was professional and attentive. We highly recommend a visit!
Pizza was mediocre at best. I’m not sure what all these reviews are about it being the best pizza they’ve ever had, I’ve had better from Dominos. Super expensive for the poor quality. Bartender treated everyone like an inconvenience, I thought it was just me, but someone sat next to me and was treated the same despite just asking regular questions about the beer selection.
