Eight the Cake is a must-visit in Cloudcroft! Our family of four loved the delicious cupcakes, cake pops, and coffee—they were all fresh and full of flavor. The shop also has plenty of fun and unique souvenirs, perfect if you’re shopping for yourself or a hipster friend.
The artwork on the walls (available for purchase) was interesting and thought-provoking, adding a creative vibe to the space. We’ll definitely be back for more sweet treats next time we’re in town!
We were wandering the streets of Cloudcroft “after hours” and came upon this little bakery-art gallery-coffee shop, which was open. It’s a beautiful, friendly, totally original spot. And the baked goods are scrumptious! The young man behind the counter was so helpful - we really felt lucky for having stumbled across this business.
Love this place! The cupcakes are delicious and adorable, the teas are amazing and the service is always wonderful. Can't recommend this place enough!

Eight the Cake created a stunning wedding cake for us. They took cues from all my inspiration photos and made exactly what I dreamed of. The cake was so delicious that every single piece was eaten, some people came back for second slices, and there was even a quarrel or two about who would get any leftovers (there were NO leftovers lol). Amazing service and great cake design - plus probably the best cake you will ever eat.

We tried the spiced buttercream and a lemon strawberry filled cupcake which were amazing! My husband got a pastry which he said was pretty good and may have been better warmed. The iced rose tea was delish! The young lady was very sweet and gave friendly service.
