Hands down, the BEST turkey I’ve ever had in my life. I’m still dreaming about it. Moist, flavorful, perfectly smoked!! Everything was amazing. Try their chocolate dessert, potatoes salad and brisket.

Went here for dinner during our annual trek to Cloudcroft. We’re from Austin, so we know good bbq. This place is so good and the people that work there so nice. We tried just about everything as the owner let us sample. The bbq is every bit as good or better than the best here. We go to Cloudcroft for the apple picking, but now going to BIL bbq is top of the list to go visit!

Haven’t been to their very busy neighbor - not keen on waiting in the long line. Have heard theirs is good but have also heard the tourists go there and the locals go here.
