Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food was a expected. However, the kitchen acted strangely. Although my server took the order correctly, the kitchen did not add the requested garlic mayo. The server went back to request a side portion, but the kitchen said they could not provide it. I let the manager know about it.

Slow day and there were towels on tables. Wife ordered a steak and it smelled rancid. Server was helpful and took care of it.

Our server was very nice but very busy. My classic burger was delicious and my husbands steak tasted gritty. The manager was getting complains from customers that we saw. So we didn't want to add to his bad day already!

Yesterday got here for lunch service was absolutely excellent very kind fast paced and did not disappoint the food was very fresh just what I expected I had the all you can eat rib let plate with fries 😍

The food was the worst we have ever experienced, the service was lacking, and the atmosphere was sad. Won't be returning.
The buffalo sauce was actually a paste, the steak was undercooked, and the chicken/fries were frozen.

I placed an order with steak I asked 2 times for a1 sauce the lady made it clear she will be sure to add sum in there. I get all the way home. No A1 my steak wasn't prepared how I wanted it..I payed 1.99 extra for cheesy broccoli didnt get that either...so i call them and laila was awfuly rude. I told her my issues and she said "ok I'm sorry your steak is over cooked and I have no control over the cheese on the broccoli sooooo what do you want me to do?"..at that point i hung up the phone i wont be going here ever again.!! What sucks is that I left her a 4 dollar tip ...for what!!!

At this point Applebees needs to shut the doors permanently! Today was the second and final time I went where the service was mediocre at best. It took over an hour for them to start bringing out the food we ordered—nothing complicated, just simple meals. One of my grandson's plates was chicken strips, the other had pizza, both ordered fries. The chicken strips were so overcooked they were practically inedible, and they both came out without the fries! After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I finally asked where the rest of our meals were, only to be told they'd be out 'in a minute.' By then, I was fed up. I told them to forget it, and we all walked out. I will never go there again!!

Service was slow. If felt like we waited forever to get our food. I ordered the baby back ribs, and they were delicious. Definitely recommend those. Our server was really sweet too.

Haven't been to an Applebee's in years so the family and I decided to give it a try while visiting from out of town. The host was nowhere to be found so we stood there for awhile even though the place was nearly empty. The alcoholic drinks were ok enough, appetizers came out and one was hot and one was luke warm at best. The salmon was pretty decent but a little salty. The server was OK, didn't come around very often but was nice. Doubtful we would go back if we were ever in town.

We were very impressed with our server, Teddy. We enjoyed our brief little visit. We did not eat a meal, but we had half price appetizers and enjoy the happy hour. It was my wife’s birthday and the staff found that out and even though we didn’t eat a meal and just ordered half price appetizers, they were still very kind with us and brought her out some dessert for free. It was indeed experience, and we are glad we went. Definitely a great Applebee’s.
