Waited over 20 minutes at the counter before anyone ever acknowledged that I was there. When the woman finally stopped playing around with her coworker long enough to take the two steps to the register to take our order she was extremely rude acting like we completely inconvenienced her by coming in to order food. When my 5 year old asked if the kids meal come with a toy she had to audacity to scoff at her. 100% will never eat at this location again.

The drive thru experience was not the best, I got an attitude for asking if they had chicken because the last time I went they said they were out. For the most part food was good, but when I opened my bag, a crusted opened bbq sauce was thrown in the bag and made a mess. Then my husband finds a hair in his food… which I know happens, but then my kiddo isn’t eating his food because they filled his slider with more Jalapeños than roast beef…. We have tried to go here 2 times in the past 2 weeks after not coming for years… May not come back for another few years.

Good food, quick & easy drive thru. Not enough cheese on the Beef & Cheddars or sauce on the regulars. Always have to ask for more.
Worst experience I've had at an Arbys ever and will not be going back to this location. We thought we'd try this place since it has "3.6" stars (most places have around 3 or less). I arrived and ordered a french dip, and tried to order chicken strips but the lady said the "chicken strips broken" then "no chicken strips" so i tried to order chicken bites instead she said "chicken bites broken no chicken bites" like really???. I decide to get the 2 beef and cheddars with potato cakes instead. Got my food at the window I forgot to ask for sauce and there was no sauce in the bag so I went back around and parked. I went inside and asked one lady inside for arbys sauce packets she had no idea what I was saying and got another lady to help me, I asked her for arbys sauce and she rudly told me "we don't have any, we don't carry it anymore" and gestured towards the lobby sauce but didn't offer me anything to take their lobby sauce on the go to get it home to my family and all they have are their wimpy tiny cups. The food was okay. Barley seemed hot even though I sat and ate after I grabbed the sauce, not even 5 min later. This is the rudest and most unprepared Arbys i have ever been to and we will not be returning or referring people here. Doesn't seem like many of the places to eat in clovis are worth eating since most of them have 3 stars or less and I see why. Aim for somewhere that has closer to 4 stars or more and check your order before you leave or get food in the next town, because if not you might be waisting money.

Had a French dip sandwich. It was pretty good, would have been better if bread was toasted. I don't like curly fries, and most were just pieces maybe 4 were actually a curly fry. Top much carbonation in soda. I suppose I should stick with iced tea.

I pulled into the drive thru at 2115. The automated voice on the menu board said thank you for visiting but we are closed. I checked the hours on Google and saw they didn't close until 2300. I pull to the drive thru window and see the sign says they are open until 2300 for both drive thru and dining. But no one comes to the window even though I can see people working in the kitchen. I pull to the front of the store, see people just hanging out and talking, wearing the drive thru head set so I go to the door. It's locked. I check the sign on the door, they close at 2300. I call. The first time they answer and hang up. I call back, the girl has the phone to her ear, looking through the window at me, the line is busy on my end. I hang up and call again, this time they answer. I ask if they are open, they say no, I tell them their signage says they are, she says hold. Comes back says only online orders. I said no, the sign says you are open until 2300. I ask her name and she says to hold for the manager. Another person gets on the phone, I ask if they are open. No, online orders only. Again, I say the signs say otherwise and ask her name, she says Iris, or something. I asked if she was the manager and she said no that the manager is not there. But if I want to pull to the drive thru, they will get my order. Told her it isn't working since they are "closed." She said to come in, I said the door is locked. I asked the managers name and she willingly told me Fatima. Well, Fatima, your staff are closing the store two hours early, for no reason, causing your store to lose money and earn this review.

Tried the Fried Turkey Sandwich. Looked like they sat on it before they served it. Smaller than a double cheeseburger at McDonalds. Definitely not worth the dough.
